SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC STUDY OF 4-CHLORO-2-NITROPHENOL REMOVAL FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS ONTO MODIFIED NANO-GRAPHENE

Abstract

 In this Paper, Activated Nano-Graphene Hase Been Used As A Sorbent for The REMOVAL of 4-Chloro-2- Nitrophenol From Aqueous Solutions. The Process of REMOVAL Has Been Optimized for Different Parameters Like Initial Concentration Of 4-CHLORO-2-NITROPHENOL, Contact Time, Ph, Adsorbent Dose, and Temperature. Also, Phzpc Of The Adsorbent Was Determined. Results Showed That Equilibrium Was Achieved in 20 Min and REMOVAL Of 4-CHLORO-2-NITROPHENOL Increased By Increasing of Adsorbent Dosage And Temperature. The Experimental Results Indicate That 0.004 g/250 Ml of Activated Nano-Graphene Was Able To Remove 97.55% of 4-CHLORO-2-NITROPHENOL From An Initial Concentration of 10 Mg L-1 At Ph Of Solution.
