Abstract

This study used a completely randomized design includes different levels of dietary OLIGOFRUCTOSE (1 and 2 percent) in 2 teatments and 3 replicats to evaluate the effects of OLIGOFRUCTOSE prebiotic on some GROWTH AND NUTRITION FACTORS in ACIPENSER STELLATUS Juvenils. Fish with average initial weight 29±3gr were distributed in 10 density per each tank and fed for 76 days with experimental diets. The results showed the OLIGOFRUCTOSE had benefit effects on growth and nutritional factors And significant differences were seen in between treatments and control. Also the FCR of first treatment (1% dietary OLIGOFRUCTOSE) was lower than other treatment and control. Based on the results, usage of 1% dietary OLIGOFRUCTOSE in ACIPENSER STELLATUS have benefit effects on growth and nutrition performance and can be recommended.
