Abstract

 60-days feeding trial was conducted with the Common Carp F1 (Cyprinus carpio) larvae, using yeast of Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture concentrate under the commercial title of A-MAX. Four concentrations of A-MAX (0.3, 0.5, 0.7 and 1 g/ per Kg of diet) were used respectively. A diet containing Faradaneh feed, without the A-MAX, was used as a control diet (CF). The experimental diets (T1, T2, T3 and T4) were mixed with A-MAX suspension and dried at 40°C in incubator for 5 h. For this purpose 600 Common Carp F1 larvae with average mean weight of 1.3±0.273 g (±SD) were obtained and transferred to the laboratory. After a 1 week adaptation to the laboratory conditions the fish were randomly divided into five treatments with three replicates (Three experimental treatment and the control).Length and weight of fish were measured at the beginning and end of study. Also, at the end of study the fish were challenged with environmental stress. At the end of study there were significance difference in GROWTH PERFORMANCE, nutrition factor, SURVIVAL and challenged with environmental stress (P<0.05). The experiments showed that the A-MAX, Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture concentrate in feeding of Common Carp larvae highly increase the growth, feeding performance and challenged with environmental stress.
