Abstract

Persian and Oman Gulfs are very important especially for the existence of great oil sources and its particular environmental conditions. Strategic sensitivity of this area and political, martial and economical-related tensions has overshadowed important issues like sea environmental POLLUTIONs and has transformed the PERSIAN GULF to one of the most polluted marine areas. Whilst the protection of natural sources as the base of development and the infrastructure of construction, plays an important role for the achievement to the sustainable development. In this respect, executive methods of the government's vast and extensive programs related to the protection of natural sources in the form of constitution and executive bylaws in domestic arena and joining to the related INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS, is an evident matter.
