Abstract

the purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and its components with KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT in the General Directorate of PORTS AND MARITIME Mazandaran province. This research purpose, functional and based on the data collection is descriptive and correlational. The data collection tools, questionnaires modified KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT Bhatt (2001) 38 questions & Sharing EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (2003) is 25 questions. Formal content validity of the tool by experts and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's two questionnaires. The results of the analysis of statistical data showed a significant positive relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and its components and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT employees.
