the purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between emotional intelligence and its components with knowledge management in the General Directorate of Ports and Maritime Mazandaran province. This research purpose, functional and based on the data collection is descriptive and correlational. The data collection tools, questionnaires modified knowledge management Bhatt (2001) 38 questions & Sharing emotional intelligence (2003) is 25 questions. Formal content validity of the tool by experts and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's two questionnaires. The results of the analysis of statistical data showed a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and its components and knowledge management employees.

this paper aims to form a strategy of human resources the theory of Strategic Reference Points (case study of Amirabad Port special economic zone). In so doing, an adoption has been made of Bamberger and Mechoulam model. In the literature, references have been made of strategy, human resources, human resources development, etc.The paper is applied in terms of goal and is descriptive in terms of methodology. Data collection is carried out using library and field studies means. Data collection methods of library studies include the following: research papers, books, information databases, and finally the Net. Questionnaires have been used in field studies. Consulting instructor verified validity of the test and reliability was verified by Cronbach’s Alpha withconstant of 0.84 using internal similarity. The population includes 100 managers and experts holding jobs at Amirabad Port. The statistical sample using Morgan Table was selected to be 80 people in a random fashion. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential methods by SPSS Statistics and through SWOT model. The results illustrate that the proper strategy for managerial jobs in Amirabad Port is devotional strategy and the proper one for service careers is secondary strategies. On the other hand, the strategy proper for jobs in Amirabad Port which are repeatable and standard are secondary ones. The workforce suitable for them is available to enough extents in the job market outside of the company. Hence, there would be no need to maintain or train the employees. At the end, some suggestions have been made regarding the study.

Terminals to protect the goods, especially container terminals, because of the large number and severity of accidents, are one focus of the high-risk ports that need to be taken appropriate measures to improve their safety. One of the most important factors in safety management system, choose the appropriate method to assess operational risks in container terminals. In this study, Port and Harbor Risk Assessment Base on Matrix as an international standard and appropriate to coordinate the work and operations in ports and harbors, was used.The main activities of the executive was expected in container terminals from the perspective of people have a higher risk of Qablqbvland range and can carry out the requirements of the law, the amount of risk to an acceptable level, respectively. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of services provided in Amirabad Port Special Economic Zone of customers using Servqual model.The research for the purpose and nature of the survey is descriptive. The study population consisted of all customers in the second 6 months of 1393 to 211 persons, of which 132 samples according to the Morgan random stratified by gender to respond to the questionnaires were selected.Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire SERVQUAL. Inferential analysis of data by paired t-test (peer groups) carried by SPSS19 software. The results showed that the quality of services offered and its dimensions include tangibles, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy for the customers favorable and higher than expected. In other words, customers received services funded expectations.

the aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of social capital (capital structure, capital of cognitive and relational capital) to customer relationship management in the organization. On the basis of the purpose of applied based on the nature and method of data collection is descriptive correlation. The study population of this study was to all the employees of the ports of the province a sample of 318 people were selected. The survey instrument was a questionnaire. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha value was placed 806.0 approved. Data collected using a two-stage approach to structural equation modeling software AMOS16 were analyzed. The results of the study showed that the proposed model is a good fit and according to the results of social capital and its dimensions and significant positive impact on customer relationship management.

the purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between strategic human resource management functions with self-employee Ports and Maritime Administration staff Bandar Imam Special Economic Zone Khomeini is.The research is descriptive and correlational. The population consisted of 522 staff of which using simple random sampling, 222 employees were selected as sample.The data Bandura's self-efficacy questionnaire (1997) and strategic human resource management functions questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by professors and their reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis, linear regression and correlation analysis methods were used. The findings showed that between strategic human resource management strategies and their components (remuneration, training, staffing, performance evaluation and employee participation) and self-employees is a significant positive relationship. The results of regression showed that education, a better predictor for efficacy.
