Abstract

The global trade in goods and financial flow data in particular are circulating in the environs. Commercial ports in the world with the philosophy of using information systems and Marine Affairs of mechanized, port, customs and financial, many systems design, preparation and implementation. But because of the integrity of the flow of goods, information and financial flow, port systems integration it is necessary to concern has turned into the world’s premier ports, and ports, with the creation of comprehensive systems and standard systems with the creation of the correlation between the beneficiaries of the interface in the port community, step loaders, suitable. The development of e-commerce and e-business systems benefits, the attitude of the community organization for executive tasks not port and its management information systems to facilitate the preparation and due to the importance of the flow of information, communication and system integration is the only option forward. Also, should our country Harbor towards the creation of the port community system (PCS) that the relationship between the various systems of society and the interface port is integrated in the uniform, the steps to take. In this study, the framework of international standards and experiences of foreign ports, loaders, comprehensive organizational systems and an interview with a beneficiary organization of experts studied the benefit of fitted. In the form of a questionnaire has been prepared, the factors identified as independent variables and efficacy factors of port community system as dependent variables were laid and questions with the tools of statistical analysis, SPSS20 and key factors for success in the implementation of the Community system and the establishment of modeling a specific port and using the Friedman Test is based on the amount of influence on the success of implementation were Prioritization system.
