Abstract

One of the methods of reducing the role of human error in the marine crew training events and obtaining degrees of merit, in this study, the major causes of marine accidents in the first NON-CONVENTION VESSELS through the analysis of the report of the review and classification of accidents. Then review the four factors between the human factors, organize and work on the floats, the living conditions of the coastal management in the sector, as the factors affecting the introduction and training possible through two questionnaires of (a) and (b) the analysis. The existing problems and shortcomings in the training of educational problems related to aspects of the three crew members, the Institute of training and supervision of two devices, the perspective of the crew and the educational institutions. Check the response letters stating that it is from the perspective of the crew, the amount of action undertaken on the two informal training such as working outside the gamut of the group communication in the form of unions and the lack of time and being homogeneous classes of scientific opinion, to arrange the most amount of low level of education between the province of other possible major problems if they on the territory from the perspective of research training institutes and trainers Factors relevant to the training received feedback from educators and students and the amount of regulatory emphasis on learning English. At the end of the training to fix the deficiencies and increase the efficiency of the strategy such as increasing the relevance of the educational Institute of the argan and in line with the increased emphasis on training and feedback received an unofficial addition to Union in the form of exchange of experiences among the crew are presented.
