Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between organization PROFESSIONAL ETHICS and the productivity of port personnel and Maritime Administration of Khouzestan.The participants consisted of all mentioned organization's personnel that are chosen 200 persons by stratified sampling and using Cochran formula. The data was collected using two standard questionnaire Bahagir's (1390) PROFESSIONAL ETHICS and Hersy and Bianchard's (1993) productivity and was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (abundanc and average percentage) and inferential statistics (person correlation cofficient, …).The pearson's result show that between organizational PROFESSIONAL ETHICS and the productivity of ports and Maritime administration of Khouzestan's personnel there gained a meaningful relationship. (in 0.05 level of reliance).It didn't obtain a meaningful relationship between Individualism ethics and the productivity of ports and Maritime Administration of Khouzestan's personnel (in 0.05 level of reliance and between the Altruistic ethics, Deontological ethics, Injustice ethics and legal ethics and the productivity of port and Maritime Administration of khouzestan's personnel, It is gained a meaningful relation and this relation is straight and positive.
