In the information age, speed in the production and supply of valuable information is one of the keys to success in organizations, institutions and scientific societies. Today, with the birth of new technologies at different levels of hardware and software, in particular intelligent technologies like business intelligence systems, fewer managers could afford to neglect these technologies.The purpose of this paper is to identify the key performance indicators of human resources for the implementation of BI in PMO (Ports and Maritime Organization). In this paper, It was presented the most comprehensive and most complete approach to the issues of business intelligence, Key performance indicators and human resource management, first, according to the IPPO, identify the KPIs of human resources, and then to help the main features key performance indicators which conform to SMART law, the final key performance indicators be evaluated.Finally; a total of 25 indicators in six areas of input, process, output, product, efficiency, effectiveness were discovered, of which 12 indicators are for Training Directorate, 12 are for Employment Directorate, and one for HSE.
