Title

Crystal to crystal transformation in organic-inorganic Mn(II) structure with ligand contain hydrogen donors and acceptors

Pages

  265-273

Abstract

In this work, a complex of two-dimensional coordination polymers of manganese (II) was prepared using an organic ligand containing attachment atoms, O, N and anion Tiocyanate as an auxiliary ligand and crystal to crystal transformation were investigate. Infrared analysis combined with elemental analysis indicated that the desired compound was formed. Determining the structure of single crystals prepared by X-ray crystallography represents a deformed octahedral structure around the manganese atom. Due to simultaneous presence of the hydrogen peroxide receptor group on the organic binding agent, the effect of weak interaction and hydrogen bonding on the stability of the final structure is evident.
