Abstract

Studies conducted by researchers show that Entrepreneurship, although affected by some of the individual behavioral traits, is nonetheless instructive and can be developed with appropriate strategies. The main purpose of this study was to review and compare Entrepreneurship traits of students at different faculties of Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST). In this study, questionnaires were used as a research tool. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The results of this study showed that although the students of this university did not have a high Entrepreneurship score on average, 7% of the students had entrepreneurial characteristics and more than 49% of the students were in relatively good condition. The results indicate that the characteristics of Success and risktaking among the students of Iran University of Science and Technology were higher than other characteristics, followed by the characteristics of Determination, Creativity and Independence. The average student Entrepreneurship was not significantly different from other faculties, except in the Railway Faculty, which was more favorable than other faculties. It should be noted that Entrepreneurship tools had the same results regarding Entrepreneurship of IUST students and their overlap rate was approximately 90%.
