Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of social economic factor on FERTILITY rate in Tabrize city.Data of this research was collected through using survey method and questionnaire. The sample includes 384 couples respondents aged 15- 49 from whom 64 respondents experienced child mortality and the rest didn' t have child mortality.The method of collecting data was based on bunch which is of the probably kind in this research, the dependent variable is FERTILITY. The independent variable included respondents' age, level of education, economic situation, boy death, number of child death (e. g.child death of relatives) ideal number children, use of contraceptives and number of environmental factors.Significant tests such as: Sperman's collrelation coefficient, Carmer's phi coefficient, Chi-square examination for analyzing Bivariate relationship have been used. The validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was surveys. The options that their alpha was under 0.7 was rejected and other hypotheses that were based on reality and reason was confirmed.
