This study aimed to study the effect of university teachers’ evaluation on effective quality teaching of faculty members of Islamic Azad University (District: 12). The nature of study was comparative scientific study.The statistical population of this study included students who were studying in Boueen Zahra, Parand, Takestan, Damavand, Roudehen, Shahre Ghods (Shahryar), Firouzkouh, Ghazvin, Karaj and Varamin Branches in first semester of 2009-2010. The method of sampling was stratified random sampling. The participants were selected among from Roudehen, Damavand, Firouzkouk and Eslam Shahr which 100 of each branch were considered in this study. The real population were 400 students that 0.10 had outliers that based on Morhgan Statistical Table 384 were considered for final analyses. The questionnaire was consisted of 25 questions based on Likert-5 point scale with considering Chronbach alpha (0.73). The criteria for evaluating teachers were consisted of rules, humanitarian actions, teaching method and quality of teaching.The results of Pearson correlation revealed that there is a positive correlation between method of teaching and quality of teaching. There is a positive correlation between rules and humanitarian actions. There is a positive correlation between rules and teaching method. Feridman Test was not rejected any null hypotheses it means none of the criteria had priority to the other criteria.
