Abstract

In this paper, some shortcomings of EFQM are considered. Then, using the input-output structure of EFQM and applying DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS (DEA), a method is developed to detect the nonexistence of the proportionate between the enablers and results in an organization.
