Abstract

Trend surface and its applications have been widely discussed by researchers, e.g. Davise (1986). Trend surface analysis is a type of multiple regressions which point coordinates are independent variables and each of grade or thickness and … can be dependent variables. In this method, after removing all of random anomalies, we fit suitable surface to major values.In this paper, we applied trend surface analysis on data obtained from Cupper and Molybdenum geochemical analysis of Darrehzar region and determined geochemical anomalies.
