Abstract

TALENT MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED AS A SYSTEM FOR RECOGNISION, RECRUITMENT, PROMOTE AND RETAIN OF TALENTED PEOPLE IN ORDER TO OPTIMIZING THE ORGANIZATION’S ABILITY TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS GOALS. TALENT MANAGEMENT CHALLENGE FOR COMPANIES’ SUCCEED IS VITAL AND UNDENIABLE. CHALLENGE IN ATTRACT, RETAIN AND MANAGEMENT OF TALENT ESPECIALLY IN DEVELOPING AREAS OF THE WORLD HAS SPECIAL IMPORTANCE.THIS RESEARCH IS AIMED ON INVESTIGATION OF INTRINSIC REWARDS IN TALENT MANAGEMENT AND OUTCOMES RESULTED FROM THOSE REWARDS IN AN ORGANIZATION. THE MODEL INVESTIGATED IN THIS RESEARCH POINTS TO THE ROLE OF INTRINSIC REWARDS AS FACILITATING FACTOR IN TALENT MANAGEMENT. ALSO, THE ROLE OF HEALTH FACTOR AS MEDIATING FACTOR AND COMPLEMENT OF INTRINSIC REWARDS HAS BEEN ACKNOWLEDGED.STATISTICAL POPULATION OF THIS RESEARCH IS EMPLOEES AND MANAGERS OF BAKHTARAN COMPANY. AFTER GATHERING INFORMATION OF BOTH LIBRARAY AND QUESTIONAIRE, IN ORDER TO ANALYZING MODEL AND DATA, SPSS HAS BEEN USED. FURTHERMORE, IN ORDER TO INVESTIGATION OF RESEARCH HYPOTHESES, REGRESSION TEST, FRIDMAN TEST AND PEARSON CORRELATION TEST HAVE BEEN USED AND REUSLTS HAVE POINTED TO THE FORGOT ROLE OF INTRINSIC REWARDS IN TALENT MANAGEMENT.
