Abstract

Today’ s rapid environmental, organizational and technological changes createda complex competitive environment for organizations and by realization of productivity for sustainable development, improved the quality and quantity of life of the people. This is a qualitative – quantitative and applied research, and it is a non-experimental-survey in terms of data collection method. The study aimed to examine the factors and components related to ICT and its relation to organizational productivity based on sustainable development social approach. The population was 992 staff working in the social security organization in the Northern provinces of Iran. This study was done through simple random sampling and 300 questionnaires were distributed among subjects. Data collection tools were desk studies and questionnaires. To perform this study, factors and components related to information and communication technology (ICT), effects of organizational productivity and social approach of sustainable development were examined. SPSS, Pearson correlation coefficient and Bazargan tables were used to analyze the data and answer the questions. As a result, there was a significant direct relation between ICT and organizational productivity effects at 0. 01 level (0. 820). There is also a significant direct relation between factors related to ICT and organizational productivity; In such a way that the use of ICT given the social approach of sustainable development increases the organizational productivity.
