Abstract

Formerly Real Option Analysis (ROA), in mineral & metal project has used overseas. Research articles by postdoctoral Jyrki Salvolainen (2016) in business school of technology university from Finald, can express. This study will has been prospecting two real option with number RO21 & RO22 as financial analytics of business customer. On the other hand investment of supplier for manufacturing the one recyclable equipment. NPV* 2020 attribute will calculate for customer business as long-term 30 years as accurately as it will estimate NPV2020 attribute for investor and stockholder as long-term in 30 years. In fact NPV* 2020 measure represent as decision variable of customer business model output and it must minimise. Moreover NPV2020 criteria consider as decision variable of supplier business model output and it must maximise. Furthermore salvage value, freight charge, sale equipment price, inflation rate, discount rate, QMS and GSCM and Business Analytics verify and validate.
