Abstract

The subject of this research is to improve the international performance of the company by applying the international entrepreneurial culture in Aydin Company. This research is considered as an applied research in terms of purpose and the nature of this research is causal. Field method and questionnaire tools were used to collect research data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire have been confirmed by considering Cronbach's alpha above 0. 7. The statistical population of the research is 550 experts and managers of Aidin company. Statistical analysis of this research was performed using SPSS and LISREL software. The results show that the international entrepreneurial culture affects the Dynamic Marketing Capability of Aidin Company. Dynamic Marketing Capability affects the Market Performance of Aidin Company. Dynamic Marketing Capability affects the Investment Performance of Aidin Company. Dynamic Marketing Capability affects the Competitive Advantage of Aidin Company. Market Performance affects the international performance of the company in Aidin Company. The performance of the investment affects the international performance of the company in Aidin Company. Competitive Advantage affects the international performance of the company in Aidin Company.
