Abstract

Stakeholders are more empowered than before and have more ways of expressing their views, so they demand more attention than their predecessors and expect quick, decisive and accurate answers. Managers have a duty to achieve the ultimate goal of the organization, which is to meet the needs and expectations of Stakeholders through the proper management of Stakeholders. The purpose of this study is the effect of stakeholder management on trust in projects in Novin Pardazan Tehran Company in order to better manage the expectations and needs of Stakeholders and achieve organizational success and identify the factors affecting stakeholder satisfaction. The statistical population of this study includes 160 Stakeholders of Novin Pardazan Company of Tehran and the sample size was estimated to be 160 people using a simple random method using Krejcie and Morgan table. The method of data collection is library and field using a questionnaire. Validity approved by two factors: validity and Reliability Questionnaire with 3 IDs and confirmation. The results obtained from the analysis of research hypotheses using structural equation modeling and LISREL software show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the performance of Stakeholders and the ability of stakeholder management to communicate with them. There is a positive and significant relationship between stakeholder management and trust based on awareness in the project environment. There is also a positive and significant relationship between stakeholder management and trust in the project environment. There is a positive and significant relationship between stakeholder management and trust in being an expert in the project environment.
