Abstract

Lean manufacturing plays a fundamental role in improving processes and aims to reduce waste and eliminate any worthless activity. Presence in the competitive market has also forced companies to fulfill their customers’ demands as much as possible and at the lowest possible price. Therefore, companies have tried to develop new solutions to improve the quality of the supply chain and reduce their operating costs. The purpose of this study is Supply chain management with Lean manufacturing in Manufacturing industries. The research method is analytical-applied. The findings showed that Supply chain management and Lean manufacturing in Manufacturing industries can be combined with each other and complement beneficial effects of each other. The results show that Supply chain management improves flow, reduces changes and reduces the need for inventory and confidence capacity, and Lean manufacturing makes Manufacturing industries more flexible and profitable, and integrating Lean manufacturing and Supply chain management has led Manufacturing industries to better profitability and flexibility.
