Abstract

 Background and Aim: The purpose of this study is to represent the components and dimensions of Shahid Soleimani's management in order to achieve an operational model of Islamic Management. Martyr Soleimani is a clear example of Islamic Management in the operational and applied arena. Method: The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the managerial components of Shahid Soleimani with a qualitative method based on the data theory theory approach with reference to the Quran in a comparative method. 14 quality management experts were interviewed to collect qualitative data. Purposeful sampling was performed with a snowball fan. The sampling method continued until the researcher reached a theoretical saturation using in-depth interviews with the sample members. Using the results of the review of theoretical foundations and research background and content analysis of interviews has been done. Results: The components of Shahid Soleimani Management with emphasis on the management dimensions of Surah Tawbah verse 128 have been identified and during three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding, Shahid Soleimani Management model in the form of six main categories: causal conditions, axial phenomenon, strategies, intermediate conditions, The conditions of the interventionist and the consequences of the management model of Shahid Soleimani. Conclusion: The dimensions of Shahid Soleimani's management include 5 dimensions: Shahid Soleimani is of the people, Shahid Soleimani is saddened by the people's grief, Martyr is eager and greedy to serve the people, Shahid Soleimani is merciful to all people, Shahid Soleimani is It is kind to colleagues and clients to provide an operational management model for managers.
