The subject of civil society and its relation to city life has been flourished particualarly duriny the last four decades of the twenty century. This has emerged after the universal experience on «Modernism» in city, city planning, architecture and city architecture. With this regard, in spite of that civil life, urban society and urban space can be reffered to the «Ronesance" period -The seventeenth century-and even its roots can be found in the Greec school of taught, but the civil society and city life in the «post modern» and «post post modern» societies and defined differently from the Ronesance definitions. This paper aims to analyse the definition of civil society and city life in post modern society and its relation to city and city planning.

Descripitions for the species of Linum pollen grains based on Scanning Electron Microscopic observations are presented. Apertnre types are tricolpate. Tectum ornamentations are flat-topped gemmae in the species of L. bienne and L. usitatissimum and clavate for the rest of species. Three shapes including ellipsoid, spheroid and subspheroid can be distinguished. The studied species belong to five sections and they are including: L. catharticum (Sect. Cathartolinum), L. strictum, L. corymbulosum and L. tenuifolium (Sect. Linastrum), L. album, L. persicum, L. mucronatum and L. nodiflorum (Sect Syllinum), L. densflorum (sect. Dasylinum) L. nervosum, L. bungei, L. glnucum, L. austriacum, L. peyronii, L. bienne L. and L. usitatissimum (Sect. Linum).

Based on the SEM studies, the pollen morphology of 8 species of the genus Nepeta L. Sect. Psilonepeta native to Iran is described and compared.Taxonomic value of pollen morphology is discussed.Differences in size and ornamentation of pollen and other conclusions from morpological and anatonical data, suggest that N. denudata should be transferred to Sect. Denudata supporting Budanstsev's treatment.

This paper will look at some of the Quran, dua and hadith texts of great popularity for inscriptions, their location and definition in the Timurid and Safavid periods. From the earliest times the written word has been used as an important, and sometimes the sole form of mosque and religious objects decoration with a complete absence of figural decoration. In Islam the Quran, literal word of God, has always been used by the Muslim artists for inscriptions in mosques, madrases and holy places such as Imamzadeh, Khanqak Beside using the Quran texts for inscription, the Muslim artists used dua and hadith inscriptionswhich in this paper has been studied. Apart from the beauty of these spiritual texts, the attractive inscriptions which could be found on every side of the mosque help the man to feel the Divine Presence and be attending by the effusion of the elegance emerging from the Spirit. So these selected verses were meant to encourage Muslim peoples minds to consider the praise of God only. But still this question has not been answer that by whom and how these specified verses of Quran, dua and hadith have been selected and why artists decorated and filled the religious places with these sort of writings. The discussion which follows will consider this matter and three branches of religious inscriptions including: the Quran, dua and hadith inscriptions.

The applications of melamine-formaldehyde resin for house wares applications have decreased nowadays. However, Due to the excellent properties of this resin for example hardness, whiteness, heat resistance and electrical resistance, it can be used for the structural application. In this paper, therefore, the effect of glass fiber on the properties of melamine-formaldehyde moulding compounds has been investigated. The effect of glass fiber from 10 to 60 weight percent on the mechanical and physical properties has been studied; Results show that the mechanical of glass fiber reinforced compounds are much higher than the commercial melamine-formaldehyde moulding compounds that are being reinforced with  a-cellulose fiber. Results also indicate that a compound that are reinforced with 50 weight percent of glass fibers have optimum mechanical properties.

The pollen morphology of two species belonging to the genus Diplotaenia Boiss. have been investigated by SEM and LM. The results confirm the stenopalynous character of the family Apiaceae. The palynological observations reveal that pollen grains of the genus Diplotaenia are prolate in shape and posses tri-colporate aperture with costae. The sculpturing of both species are rugulate. Therefore D. cachrydifolia and D.damavandica are similar in palynological characters, and show the type of Cerceau-Larrival’s classification as sub-rectangular.
