This article aims to compare the evaluating processes concerning Islamic and Mainstream administration.The research questions are as follows:1. Does evaluation process exist in Islam?2. What is the difference between evaluation in Islam and evaluation in .Mainstream administration?The hypothesis to the above research questions can be represented as:1. On the basis of valid reasons, it can be stated that Islam in seriously concerned with evaluation.2. The difference between Islamic and Mainstream Administration is explicitly clear, for instance, in Islamic Administration the emphasis is on the performer of the action rather than on the performance.This research is library-oriented one and the method it applies is theoretical analytical. To confirm the first hypothesis, the research emphasizes on the following five reasons:1. Based on the innate principles of human nature, man is endowed with goals, wisdom, conscience and divine disposition and the belief that the two guardian angels which are witnessing his good and bad deeds, man is apt to evaluate his own act:and take progressive steps towards goodness and perfection.2. The belief in Resurrection and the Day of Judgement as the primary principles directing man to decent and good actions and stopping him from indecent and obscene acts makes evaluation as an integral element of Islamic Law.3. Since the principles of Examination and Trial are divine traditions that lead man to his spiritual growth, all human beings without exception, are liable to divine examination and trial. Basically, the philosophy of life and death is itself an examination and trial.4. Both the various verses of the Holy Quran and the' large number of Hadiths have reflected on examinations, calamities, catastrophist and divine justice thus signifying explicitly evidences of examination and trial.5. The evaluation and supervision in Islamic Administration is based on Imam Ali's religious speeches, letters and judicious knowledge in Nahjul - Balaghe. Moreover, to confirm the 'second hypothesis, first, the different concepts of evaluation, aims and criteria of evaluation and their different methods are compared and contrasted in Islamic and Mainstream Administration. Finally, the differences in Islamic evaluation and Mainstream evaluation are studied in terms of performance and performer, the difference between the concept of science and knowledge, and between the behavioral objectives and ultimate goals. Considering the limitations of mainstream evaluation in terms of temporal and spatial factors, Mainstream Administration turns out to be liable to numerous shortcomings due to political, economical and social interests. Therefore, it is confirmed that Divine Justice is infallible in its evaluation while mainstream evaluation, more or less, compromises with the existing situations. And more often, partiality and prejudice prevail over logical reasoning. Thus, observance of discriminations becomes more prominent than consideration of differences.

As a result the poet is the speaker of the supernatural. This particular way of thinking in Greek mythology and in some other nations as well as in the thoughts of ignorant Arabs and the poets emerging after the time of ignorance can be observed.In Greek and Roman mythology Apollo, the son of Zeus, considers Muse as the representative of art and poetry. The Muses are nine grades each representing a particular art and they all work on the guidance of Apollo. These Muses inspire poetry to the poets and guide them to compose epics and sonnets. Also in the ancient Iran, Mani believed that there had been an angel called Toma or Hamzad who inspired him some words. The Arabs of the ignorance period believed that every poet had a gen of his own which inculcated the words of poetry to him. In fact, the poet is its spokesman and this is accomplished on the basis of the poet's qualifications and through specific stages. This way of thought has also left its influence in Persian poetry; So that some of the poets have referred to an angel, gen or super ordinate who inspire and inculcate the poetry to them. And eventually all these have led to a new thinking that the inspirer of the poetry to the poet is the lover.

From the beginning of the genesis of Sufism, the circle of role of life was in the form of aged. Aged who is the best guid and leader wayfarer toward the truth, have an eminent place among the mystics. So that some of them giving him more periority than the prophet Mohammad, because they believe the aged is award of internal secrets but the prophet has got inspiration science. Aged is a person who lives among and with people but has characteristics that distinguish him from the other and according to the Sofia. he is an angel who appears under the coverage of human being. Wayfarer must pass every step of rule of life under the supervision of aged, and have no objection over his action and behaviour. There are different issues regarding the number of aged in each period of times. Each of aged is famous because of having genorisity, and it is extraordinary issue that only can be performed by the wayfarer and elders. such as reviving the dead, walking on the water, talking with dead, subduing wild animal and so as.

Sudabeh is Iranian because her behavior towards Siyavash is reminiscent of two surviving Persian myths, both being associated with Zoroaster's life. On the one hand, she is Godly; she loves Siyavash like an angle, reveals the secret of his creation, calls him "the tree of worship" and is aware that he runs the universe. This is reminiscent of the angel Ashi's behavior towards Zoroaster. The devilish behavior of Sudabeh towards Siyavash - sinfully approaching him - is reminiscent of the myth of the confrontation of the demon giantess with Zoroaster and the Aryan myth of "Yam and Yami". She tells lies, resorts to witchcrafts, throws Siyavash in fire till at last Siyavash is forced to resort to the enemy and loses his life.
