Abstract: 

This article is concerned with the comparison P-value and Bayesian measure for the variance of Normal distribution with mean as nuisance paramete. Firstly, the P-value of null hypothesis is compared with the posterior probability when we used a fixed prior distribution and the sample size increases. In second stage the P-value is compared with the lower bound of posterior probability when the prior distribution is belonged to a class of reasonable distributions. It was shown that even for fixed sample size the P-value is less than the lower bound. This is not the case for one-sided hypothesis.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study is to assess urban resilience to floods in the study area western cities of Mazandaran also the present study tries to determine which of the cities in the situation is suitable in terms of resilience. Research method In the present study, the type of applied research and the nature of the research are descriptive-analytical. Library-field methods including observation and questionnaires (closed and spectral) were used to collect data. The statistical population of the research is the western cities of Mazandaran province including Nowshahr, Chalous, Hatchiroud, Kojoor, Marzanabad, Clarabad, and Abbasabad, which according to Cochran's formula, 384 have been selected as the sample size. The validity of the research was confirmed by university professors and its reliability was 0.87% according to Cronbach's alpha test for analyzing SPSS information and data by descriptive statistics (mean frequency distribution) and inferential methods (one-sample t-test and analysis of variance). Unilateral) has been used; Findings show that the studied cities are in different conditions of resilience. By considering all four dimensions of resilience, it was determined. Nowshahr is in first place with the highest average in terms of resilience against natural hazards. Chalous, Abbasabad and Salmanshahr are in the next place. According to the results obtained, the city of Kojoor has obtained the lowest average in the last rank in terms of resilience.

Abstract: 

بحث امنیت در تئوری اطلاعات با پیدایش کانالهای شنود آغاز شد. کانالهای شنود کانالهایی هستند که در آنها گیرنده های غیرمجاز نیز قادرند اطلاعات فرستنده ها را دریافت و بهره برداری می کنند. بطور کلی میزان نرخ اطلاعات قابل ارسال توسط فرستنده ها که بوسیله هیچ گیرنده ای جز گیرنده های مجاز قابل پردازش نباشد تحت عنوان ظرفیت امن شناخته می شود. در ابتدا دستیابی به ظرفیت امن مثبت تنها با فرض نازل بودن کانال شنود کننده امکان داشت همچنین مدل کانال شنود برای گیرنده های مجاز و غیرمجاز نامتقارن بود. سپس طرح کانال شنود به مدل کانال پخش با پیام محرمانه تعمیم داده شد. با طرح کانال گفتگوی همگانی برای ارتباط بین فرستنده و گیرنده مجاز نشان داده شد که ظرفیت امن در حالتی که کانال دشمن کاراتر باشد اکیدا مثبت خواهد شد. در این مقاله مدل کلی تری از کانال های ارتباطی بین فرستنده و گیرینده مجاز نشان داده شد که ظرفیت امن در حالتی که کانال دشمن کاراتر باشد، اکیدا مثبت خواهد شد. در این مقاله مدل کلی تری از کانال های ارتباطی بین فرستنده و گیرنده مجاز به صورت دو طرفه در نظر گرفته می شود که از مدل هایی قبلی مطرح شده عملی تر است. همچنین نشان داده می شود که –n تعامل پشت سرهم هیچ مزیتی بر تعامل اول ندارد، در ضمن شرط جدیدی برای لزوم ظرفیت امن مثبت بدست خواهد آمد.

A primary assumption of many procedures in statistical process control and in process capability analysis is that the observations taken from the process are independent. However many processes exhibit a certain degree of autocorrelation.In this paper we discuss the effects that autocorrelation may have on process variance and capability indices and we show that when autocorrelation exists, variance estimate ceases to be unbiased. Also two simple approaches are developed to calculate process capability indices in the presence of autocorrelation. The first approach is based on the assumption of rational subgroups of means and variance analysis. The second approach is based<on the calculating process capability from an autoregressive model.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Evaluating the quality of educational services is one of the most important jobs of the higher education. The SERVQUAL model for gap analysis evaluates the quality of services based on customer’ s viewpoint. A good plan for increasing educational services quality can be achieved by SERVQUAL model. This study aims to evaluate the quality of educational services at Faculty of Mathematical, Statistics and Computer Sciences of Tehran University based on SERVQUAL model. Methods: This cross-sectional analytic study undertook on 220 randomly selected enrolled students of the faculty using SERVQUAL questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and Kolmogorov-Smirov, t-test, one way ANOVA and logistic regression were administered by SPSS V. 22. 0 for data analysis. Result: Negative gap existed in all dimensions. The maximum gap was identified for Responsiveness dimension (-1. 680) and the minimum gap was observed for Empathy dimension (-0. 890). Males and females were different in Responsiveness and Physical dimensions. Gender and field of study variables were appropriate predictors for quality gap based on logistic regression modeling. Conclusion: Students’ expectations are greater than their perceptions. In order to increase educational services quality, priority must be given to Responsiveness and Empathy dimensions.

Abstract: 

Information on a variation of impervious surface is useful for understanding urbanization and its impacts on the hydrological cycle, water management, surface energy balances, urban heat island, and biodiversity. This research attempts to detect impervious surfaces and its changes by satellite imagery in Qaemshahr. The relationship between impervious surfaces and changes in land surface temperature in the city was investigated. For this purpose, after obtaining three images in 1978, 2000, and 2017, and performing the necessary preprocessing, the reflection values of the infrared spectrum and ground surface temperature in the study area were calculated. The reflectance of this spectrum was investigated in various land uses vegetation, asphalt and building areas in two parts of the urban and the suburb. Using the results of ANOVA and Tukey these properties compared to different land uses. By the difference between Permeable surfaces and impervious surfaces, the impervious surface index was calculated. The results of the detection and comparison of the three surveyed images showed that the impervious surfaces in Qaemshahr were significantly increased from 1978 to 2017. In the next step, by calculating the land surface temperature, it was determined that the temperature of the impervious surfaces is higher than the other parts of the study area. An increase in the population of the city followed by an increase in urban construction has led to an increase in impervious surfaces and a reduction in green space and this has caused a rise in city temperatures. The results of this study showed that increasing impervious surfaces has led to an increase of around 4 degrees in the citychr('39')s temperature. Finally, any increase in the impervious surface at the city will lead to unsustainability in the urban environment, if not accompanied by proper planning.

Abstract: 

In construction of concrete floors, parts of the formwork are sometimes left in place as permanent structural elements. This is to achieve a more straightforward installation procedure and to minimize the future under deck form removal. The present research work deals with, an innovative floor system consisting of hollow-tiles and steel joists. In a hollow-tile floor system, gravity loads are transferred by the slab sitting on top of the blocks to the one way joist and then to the main beams. With the proposed new system the width of the hollow block is doubled so, it is relatively lighter than an ordinary hollow-tile floor system. The joists height is slightly bigger than that in an ordinary hollow-tile floor system, however, the hollow block height remains the same. Thin plastofoams sheets are placed on top of the blocks to fill the gap. During the construction, the fresh concrete weight is carried by temporary vertical posts. After removal of temporary posts, the service loads are transferred to the T beams. This paper provides details for the application of the proposed new floor system in a steel frame building under gravity and quasi static earthquake loading. Various spans and floor thicknesses have been examined and the details are presented.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to analyze oil and tax revenues in the Iranian economy. Applying the stochastic dynamic general equilibrium approach, a model for the oil exporting economy was simulated. In order to recover the tax system, oil and tax revenues added to the model as a part of government’s revenue. The present study applies Dynare software with Matlab to estimate the model’s parameters by Bayesian statistical techniques based on Monte Carlo method with Markov chain in the form of Metropolis-Hastings algorithm. The period of study is from 1368 to 1396 in a quarterly setting. In order to analyze the shocks, two scenarios were designed. In the first scenario, it was assumed that the government has oil revenues and all oil revenues are spent by the government so that the government does not rely on tax revenues. In the second scenario, it is assumed that 40% of the government's oil revenues are injected into the Development Fund and a percentage of it, is allocated to facilitate the production sector, and the government mostly relies on the taxes. The results show that the tax and oil shock by reducing dependence on oil and reliance on tax revenues, has negative impact on macroeconomic variables in the short term, but in the long run, with increasing tax revenues, production and, consequently, investment, consumption, employment has increased.
