According to significance of technology and its role in creating competitive advantage, further attention is required to be paid to technology and its relevant affairs. A basic issue of technology management is the technology acquisition and this research tries to find the most appropriate method of acquiring the technology for frit industry in Yazd province. For this purpose, the literature of this industry has been studied while experts have been interviewed in order to identify factors affecting the acquirement of this technology. Afterward, Fuzzy Delphi technique has been used to modify the identified criteria in order to choose the most important factors. In the next step, Fuzzy DEMATEL technique is used to determine the impact of the criteria and the communications between them. Finally, the fuzzy ANP model has been established to choose the most effective method of acquiring technology out of three general methods of cooperation, production and purchase. The research concludes that “cooperation” is the most preferred method. It should be considered that the participatory methods are selected among technology acquisition multiplicity models in which technical knowledge transfers along with technology transfer. This method can prevent future depending to technology provider. Hence, it is important to pay more attention to this issue because the technical knowledge proficiency has prior condition of the optimal use of technology.

In this paper, a hybrid model of fuzzy multi-criteria decision making is presented for the cases a large number of criteria, relationships or affiliation exists are between them. In this model, the DEMATEL method is used to determine the relationships between criteria and analytic network process (ANP) method to identify the weight of each criteria and the VIKOR method for optimizing the multi-criteria of ranking the best supplier. In this study, in order to cover the cases of decisions with ambiguous scenarios, rather than using absolute numbers, the linguistic variables are used. The proposed hybrid model can direct managers and experts organizations In order to improve their choices, especially when there are numerous criteria and there is dependence between them under conditions of uncertainty. The proposed method, reduces number of pairwise comparison matrix and volume of calculations and also increases calculation speed and the complexity of the problem is reduced. In order to showing the solving process a numerical example is presented. The computational results show that proposed hybrid method, in addition to ranking alternatives calculates the final weight of each criterion.

This article presents the results of a research conducted with purpose of Identification and ranking of effective criteria on site selection for public libraries. Studying previous researches and experiments on similar contexts resulted in selecting 6 major and 24 minor criteria for site selection. Ranking of these criteria was performed based on Library Science and Geography –Urban planning experts’ viewpoints and applying fuzzy TOPSIS and fuzzy ANP techniques. After final analysis assigning importance value (weight) to each major and minor criterion, consistency, centrality, size and space, native factor and properties, physiography and site orientation of library, placed first to sixth in descending order of significance. These results could be used in site selection of public libraries, hoping this could initiate future researches.

Construction projects have always been complex. By growing trend of this complexity, implementations of large-scale constructions become harder. Hence, evaluating and understanding these complexities are critical. Correct evaluation of a project complication can provide executives and managers with good source to use. Fuzzy analytic network process (ANP) is a logical and systematic approach toward defining, evaluation, and grading. This method allows for analyzing complex systems, and determining complexity of them. In this study, by taking advantage of fuzzy ANP, effective indexes for development of complications in large-scale construction projects in Iran have been determined and prioritized. The results show socio-political, project system interdependencies, and technological complexity indexes ranked top to three. Furthermore, in comparison of three main huge projects: commercial-administrative, hospital, and skyscrapers, the hospital project had been evaluated as the most complicated. This model is beneficial for professionals in managing large-scale projects.

Purpose: Time is a key structural component of our lives and the world. It is therefore not surprising that consumers engage in their daily consumption choices and activities with multiple time orientations - past, present and future. In industrial procurement, information retrieval describes the action that a buyer takes to access all relevant information sources for a purchasing decision, often involving data from a variety of sources in which time plays a more effective role. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of time on consumer behavior with emphasis on industrial goods. Research Methodology: This research has used a combined approach to investigate the effects of time on consumer behavior. The research method is a one-way mix for collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data in a study or a set of studies that is based on the priority and sequence of information. In this research, first the qualitative approach is then quantitative. To solve the research problem in the qualitative stage, the meta-combined approach has been used. Results: In this study, the seven-step method of Sandlowski and Barroso (2007) was used, which finally presented the effects of time on consumer behavior in three psychological, economic and social dimensions. Psychological dimension including 11 components, economic dimension 7 components and social dimension 6 components were identified. In this paper, the prioritization of the identified components of meta-combination with two approaches of Demetel and ANP is presented and 12 experts were used to determine the sub-criteria. Findings: The results of the study can be a guide for marketers and marketing managers, and by considering the components identified in this study, they can take a big step in advancing their goals and pave the way for achieving the goals.

Given the high volume of insurance industry turnover, the role of the capital of insurance companies and their number in the stock exchange is very important. Since the investors' goal of investing in each company is to generate returns in line with their investment, if the company contributes to the creation of value, Success will benefit not only the homeowners of the company but also the wider community. The purpose of the present research is to evaluate the variables affecting the performance of insurance companies using the fuzzy ANP technique. The statistical population of this study includes all active members of insurance companies active in the stock exchange and OTC, as well as experts of Tehran Stock Exchange. In this research, we tried to select the majority of experts in the Insurance Organization and some of the managers of insurance companies, and the sample size is 35 people using the Cochran formula. After analyzing, using a specific fuzzy ANP technique Which ranked first in terms of capital productivity, then asset quality, liabilities, liquidity, management quality, market risk sensitivity, profitability, operational efficiency, and capital structure and capital adequacy.
