Abstract: 

Purpose: Surveying the interdisciplinary interactions in cybernetics through investigating papers in WOS dates between 1986 and 2015 and visualizing and analysis of the scientific mapping.Methodology: Using scientometrics approach, “Cybernetic*” keyword is searched as title or subject in WOS.Additionally, Pajak software is used to identify related subjects to cybernetics through designing scientific map using science overlay mapping. Also, mapping word co-occurrence of citation network of superior citing categories is done using V.O.S. Viewer.Results: Cybernetics includes of 3 main clusters and 8 subject fields of computer science, management, engineering, electronic engineering, neuroscience, social sciences, physics, biology technology. Computer science is a core field having 7 groups and the strongest with highest impact among other disciplines. Management, computer science and artificial intelligence as well as electronic and electrical engineering are the most citing subjective categories. Two words of “system” and “approach” are the most used words in cybernetic literature.Conclusion: The Cybernetics structure of 8 fields and 49 nodes reflects the fruitfulness of its network and wide area of interdisciplinary relationships. That is important for science policymakers to recognize new research trends.

Abstract: 

Mysticism is one of the best ways to recognize reality in all the religions. On the other hand, cyberneticsis also a method by means of which one can achieve the reality of the cosmos. Though the age of mysticism is apparently older than cybernetics, mystics, too, has enjoyed this science individually and internally to control their mind and thinking without being aware of such a science or using its name. By identifying the common elements existing between these two methods, human being will be able to change his life with love and creativity so much that it could conform with the symphonic wave of the universe and elevate him to the highest grade of humanity. Common elements such as monism, cognition, introspection, mystical journey and manner, and internal intuition that in both methods have been the basis of purification and refinery of one's soul and sanitize humanity from egotism and selfishness in a way that the world and universe is seen as one thing to be in his favor with him. In order to achieve an accurate conformity of mysticism with cybernetics it is necessary to study the main principles through the two methods. The most important principle and focal point of mysticism in all religions is monism. This matter has got a pivotal place in cybernetics because in quantum physics that is the infrastructure of that, the basis is monism in the umverse.

Abstract: 

The Semantic web aims to develop languages in which information is became much better able to process and understand. Communication between computers needs to Represent Knowledge in conceptual models-via ontologies-and increase reasoning ability-via inference rules language has the essential role in communications and on the other hand Cybernetics deals with Control and Communication in human and machine. Present paper aims to reveal the relation between the Semantic Web and Cybernetics through describing the semantic web and the role of Ontologies in Knowledge Representation Abilities such as self organization and automatic intelligent reasoning in semantic web using Conceptual Modeling has been mentioned.  Constructivist Epistemology in relation to second-order cybernetics and semantic nets is discussed.

Abstract: 

One of the most significant breakthroughs in technology is the evolution of computing sciences and cybernetics. This development has had a global impact, with the widespread use of computer sciences leading to worldwide issues. In the third wave, time and place have become intertwined, eliminating the effects of distance and creating a new version of space. These characteristics have transformed the geography of virtual space into the geopolitics of virtual space. The findings of this analytical article, conducted using a library method and the strategy of cyberspace geography studies, suggest that the geography of virtual space is an emerging academic topic. When the geography of cyberspace addresses inequality in cyberspace security, it becomes a geopolitical issue. The paper explores how cybernetics is changing traditional notions of power, sovereignty, and conflict. The research also considers the implications of emerging technologies on global governance, the balance of power, and the potential for new forms of cyber-hegemony, concluding with recommendations for future policy and strategic considerations in this rapidly evolving field.

Abstract: 

Many attempts have been made in the history and philosophy of science to suppose machines as human beings. Sometimes they are attributed mind, sometimes emotion, and sometimes intelligence. All this is to make the border between humans and machines as narrow as possible, so that one day they may unite. But this effort can be made in another direction. It is possible to bring humans closer to the machines as much as possible with a systematic view, which is what the cybernetic perspective has done. This approach has played a significant role in the emergence of artificial intelligence studies and along with the two approaches of computationalism and representationalism has been able to introduce artificial intelligence as the most important and functional field of science to the world.

There are several lines of evidence that human dreams depend on the brain's properties in terms of dream structure and its meaning alike (1). The human brain has specific features such as self-organization, memory, self-adaptation, feedback, disorder and diversity, non-equilibrium, etc., which enable the brain to create complex cogni-tive and behavioral functions the most interesting of which must be “, dreaming”,(2, 3). It can be in-ferred that the dreaming brain works with weak-ened volition, reduced logic, and diminished self-reflection which yields a reduction of neuro-modulatory inhibition. Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpost of this research is to provide a theoretical model for educational planning in the field of Knowledge and Information Science (KIS) in Iran. To do so, while addressing the concepts of ecology and cybernetics theories and combining them with each other, a new approach called “ Eco-cybernetics Appraoch” is introduced and explained. Method: This research was conducted using the documentary-analytical method. To gather the required information, a literature review of the cybernetics' and ecology's concepts and of the studies carried out into the future of KIS education was conducted. Findings: Eco-cybernetics approach to KIS education, like biological ecosystems, concerns simultaneously the environmental factors and pillars of education. Eco-cybernetics approach studies the interactive relationships between the pillars of KIS education and its environment. This approach regards the future of KIS education as a function of the interaction between the pillars of KIS education and its einvironment as well as its feedback and feed-forward systems. Originality/value: The attitudes put forward about the future of KIS can be divided into four groups. The first group includes a pessimistic approach to the future and a belief in the extinction and destruction scenario. The second group distinguishes between the "Library Science" and the "Information Science" and other new titles. They have warned the library science community against the pure optimism about their high share in the future jobs of the information society. In fact, they are concerned with the challenge of library science in its traditional concept and information science and other similar disciplines in its modern sense. The third group maintains that the path to the future passes through the past and present. In order to survive, KIS must focus on the intradisciplinary and extradisciplinary factors. In fact, this perspective refers to the progression and survival in a steady manner without major changes. The fourth group believes in a favorable future for KIS. They see planning and designing an education system aimed at educating the future generation students as the key to achieve this desirable future. The present research, for the first time, has addressed the Eco-Cybernetics approaches to the analysis of KIS education planning in Iran and can serve as a basis for the KIS education.

Abstract: 

]Purpose: Regarding the role of the observer in cybernetics, this paper aims to investigate the evolution of knowledge. It states the philosophical foundations of four types of cybernetics in order to reveal the necessity of these approaches in knowledge and information science.Methodology: Review and analysis of published resources.Findings: The observer performs different roles in various orders of cybernetics. In the first order cybernetics, knowledge is a picture of observed facts without the inclusion of the observer in a system. There is an observer’s construct with the inclusion of him/ her in the second order cybernetics and there is a social construct based on the actors in the third order. As the fourth order cybernetics applies Universal Dialectic Systems Theory and scholarly communications, it seems that knowledge could consequently evolve through. A quadruple cybernetic approach is paramount in the field of knowledge and information science. Moreover, the peak of this importance could be noticed in scholarly communications and in the fourth order cybernetics. As an interdisciplinary field of study, knowledge and information science is the cybernetic knowledge evolution standpoint.

Abstract: 

Since the progress of science towards specialization, a kind of distance between awareness and knowledge has been created. But there are some views that believe that since all sciences are born of a single science, then the world of science should become a single land. An example of such a view is evident in cybernetics. Cybernetics emerged from the 20th century and has entered most sciences with the aim of investigating the nature of control and communication in humans, machines, and animals, as well as by paying attention to concepts such as communication, control, feedback, stability, regulation, information, etc. Metaverse is also an emerging phenomenon in which we witness the interaction between man and machine and actually the interaction between physical and virtual space. The study of sources shows the wide application of cybernetics in various sciences, and considering the importance and practical role of cybernetics in order to solve problems, control and regulate systems and create stability and stability in various sciences, in the present research, a review of the available studies in a library method in the field of cybernetics applications until its applications as a unit in various sciences such as industry, physics, chemistry, computer science, management, information storage and retrieval systems, cyber security, psychiatry (psychocybernetics), physiology, biology (biocybernetics), control Bioelectricity and medicine should be investigated in the metaverse space. By using cybernetic principles in various sciences, Metaverse can be used for its evolution to adapt to the life of humanity.
