Abstract:

DIAMOND NANOPARTICLES (DNP) MUCH ATTENTION HAVE ACHIEVED DUE TO THEIR UNIQUE PROPERTIES AND INEXPENSIVE LARGE SCALE SYNTHESIS WITH NANO-SIZE DISTRIBUTION [1]. ON THE OTHER, MORE RECENTLY, THE NANOCOMPOSITE MATERIALS HAVE BEEN WIDELY USED AS A NEW FORM OF SUPPORT FOR ELECTROCATALYSTS AND BIOSENSOR, SENSOR, AND THERMAL APPLICATIONS [2]. IN THIS WORK POLYPYRROLE /DIAMOND NANOPARTICLES (PPY/DNP) NANOCOMPOSITE COATING WAS SYNTHESIZED ON MILD STEEL VIA CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY TECHNIQUE. THE ULTRASONIC IRRADIATION WAS USED FOR DISPERSING THE DNP IN POLYMERIZATION SOLUTION. THE PREPARED NANOCOMPOSITE COATINGS WERE FOUND TO BE NANO-COLLOIDAL, AND VERY ADHERENT. X-RAY DIFFRACTION AND SEM (FIG.1) IMAGES CONFIRMED THE PRESENCE OF THE NANOPARTICLES IN PPY MATRIX. THE CORROSION PERFORMANCE OF THE COATINGS WAS STUDIED IN 3.5% NACL CORROSIVE SOLUTION BY ELECTROCHEMICAL IMPEDANCE SPECTROSCOPY (EIS) AND POLARIZATION METHODS. THE RESULTS OBTAINED SHOWED THAT THE INCORPORATION OF DNP SIGNIFICANTLY ENHANCED THE CORROSION PROTECTION PERFORMANCE OF THE PPY FILMS IN CORROSIVE MEDIUM. EIS AND POLARIZATION MEASUREMENTS INDICATED THAT THE COATING RESISTANCE AND CORROSION RESISTANCE VALUES FOR THE PPY/DNP NANOCOMPOSITE COATING WERE MUCH HIGHER THAN THAT OF PURE PPY-COATED ELECTRODE.

Abstract:

Background and Aim: Nursing informatics is the specialty that optimally uses the technology to promote health. Given the increasing spread of this knowledge in the field of nursing around the world, it seems necessary to develop the higher nursing education in Iran. This study aimed to design a DNP curriculum of nursing informatics in Iran. Method: Study population of this combined study consisted of 20 nursing, health information technology and medical informatics specialists. A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used in this descriptive study. The steps of Kern's lesson planning model, which includes 6 steps, were used. In the first and second rounds of Delphi, the qualitative content analysis method was used for data analysis, and descriptive statistics were used for the third round. Findings: Curriculum of this specialty field includes 3 credits of remedial courses, 34 credits of compulsory informatics courses, 17 credits of compulsory DNP courses, and 6 credits of dissertation. 85% of experts believe that DNP curriculum of nursing informatics is necessary for professional growth and public health promotion. Conclusion: Results of the present study demonstrated that developing a DNP curriculum of nursing informatics is a necessity for experts. The aforementioned curriculum could be suggested as the proposed program to the Ministry of Health and Medical Education to establish an area of interest in DNP.

Abstract:

In the present work, the sensitivity to the moisture (hygroscopisity) is studied for 3, 4-dinitropyrazole (DNP) as a famous energetic molecule. All of the DNP-H2O complex systems (1-3) as well as individual molecules were optimized and bond lengths, bond angles, dihedral angles, charge transfer and stability via NBO analysis, corrected interaction energies with ZPE + BSSE and hydrogen bonds analysis were carried out and related data were gathered and explained with details. According to the NBO analysis, it was observed that the complex 2 was the most stable one among the others. However, on the basis of the interaction energies, complex 3 displayed more strong interactions. So, it proves the existence of the strong hydrogen bonds in complexes 2 and 3 as well as occurrence of the inconsistent manner between interaction energies and charge transfer changes. Furthermore, it shows that charge transfer is not the main and effective parameter of intermolecular interactions in complexes 1-3.

Abstract:

Introduction: The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is an effective strategy for preparing nurses for the advanced level of nursing practice. The United States, as a pioneer in implementing this program, plays an effective role in developing it in other countries. This study was conducted with the aim of introducing successful educational programs in the DNP in psychiatric–mental health nursing. Method: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in 2025 using Beredy's four-stage model. A search was performed on the websites of reputable and pioneering universities offering this program, including Johns Hopkins University, Rush University, University of Washington, and University of San Francisco in the USA. Then, the components and important indicators of the curricula were analyzed based on the stages of description, interpretation, proximity, and comparison. Results: The curricula of these four schools emphasize fundamental values such as respect, honesty, responsibility, and excellence. These programs, with a focus on evidence-based practice, train nurses who have the ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic mental disorders and provide effective care and educational services to patients, families, and communities within specialized interdisciplinary teams. Conclusion: The DNP program in these four schools is implemented with the aim of training specialized nurses to provide psychiatric nursing care to patients and their families. Given the growth of the nursing profession and its specialization, utilizing the educational experiences of these schools can serve as a model for implementing this program in Iran and other countries.

Abstract:

Background & Objectives: The contamination of water by organic pollutant viz. 2, 4 DNP compound is recognized as most common environmental concern due to their highly toxic nature, worldwide. Adsorption has attracted much attention as a new technique to remove these contaminants from water and wastewater. The purpose of this study was to introduce an inexpensive adsorbent, dried waste sludge, for removal of 2, 4 DNP compound. Material & Methods: At first, sludge was dried at temperature 60 ° C. Next, CaCl2 was used to improve adsorption capacity. The removal efficiency of 2, 4 dinitrophenol were determined by HPLC at wavelength of 360 nm. In addition, the effects of influencing factors including pH, initial pollutant concentration, contact time, and adsorbent dose were examined. The equilibrium binding were described by Langmuir or Freundlich isotherms and kinetic models. Results: The results obtained from adsorption process indicated that was 60 min is the equilibrium time. The optimum pH for adsorption for both adsorbents was found to be 7. The optimum concentration of 2, 4-DNP was found to be 10 ppm. The results obtained from the present research showed that the removal of the contaminant using modified sludge sorbent was increased from 40. 4% to 77. 9% when dosage increased from 0. 1 to 1. 5 g. Equilibrium adsorption data for 2, 4 DNP were fitted by using Langmuir, Freundlich and Freundlich adsorption isotherms model, respectively. Also it has been found that adsorption kinetics can be described according to the Pseudo-second order model. Conclusion: According to results, chemically modified waste sludge showed reasonable adsorption capacity. Therefore, it and can be used as a native alternative to 2, 4 DNP compound removal from aqueous environments.
