Abstract: 

Today, Regarding to the importance of innovation, organizations are trying to promote it to gain competitive advantage and market share. In such circumstances, organizational learning capabilities can be the best way to achieve this success and take advantage of opportunities and creating innovation in different forms. In this regard, different modes of learning and innovation is important. In this article has been tried by identification and clustering of learning modes in 728 firms active in high-tech(ICT) and medium-tech (Oil&Gas, Automotive parts manufacturer) industry in Iran as a developing country to help development policies making and innovation capabilities improvement. Therefore, by defining appropriate indicators to assess learning modes by latent class method, four clusters of 1-Average DUI+STI, 2-DUI, 3-Strong(STI+DUI) 4-Moderate STI, have been recognized. Finally, the effect of the above modes on the performance of firms with logistic regression, analysed and identified So as a result we found organizations with combined STI+DUI, have achieved more success in financial growth, export and innovation.

Abstract: 

After the agricultural and industrial economy, which were land and natural key resources respectively, now it is the turn of knowledge-based economy whose key resource is knowledge. To develop and apply knowledge in order to develop the country, many factors should always be considered. In this research, technological dimension of knowledge-based development is analyzed, and some of the key dimensions affecting it including intellectual property rights, innovation, technology transfer as key indices are selected, and attempts have been made to study the behavior of these indices in the context of knowledge-based economy in 40 countries with extremely high, high, medium, and low development levels, and a conceptual model is presented. This research is descriptive type, and library studies have been used for collecting data. To examine the mentioned model, the second-class studies or desktop research method is used. Out of seven hypotheses in this study, five ones were completely confirmed and the rest rejected.

Abstract: 

In the past, many studies have been conducted to analyze the modes of learning and innovation. In literature of innovation management there are two distinct modes of learning through science, technology and innovation (STI) and learning by doing, using and interacting (DUI). Having variations in the dominant mode of innovation, can be considered as one of the existing differences in innovation systems of countries. The essence of innovation and also the technological learning differ in developed and developing countries. In previous studies, the utilized criteria for analyzing the learning styles have been mostly suitable for and compatible with the situations in developed countries. In the current study, fourteen criteria which comply with the situations of developing countries and are relevant to two dimensions of technological learning resources and inter-organizational factors, have been utilized and applied in order to achieve a more accurate analysis of learning style and innovation.Having studied the relevant information of 138 companies active in the field of ICT, it was shown that the following four learning and innovation styles exist in these companies: 1) Companies with little or no interactional learning styles, 2) Companies with weak STI learning style & 3) Those with combined style STI+DUI. 4. And finally those with experimental and interactional style DUI.The analysis of operational criteria of these companies displayed that the best and the most suitable learning style is the third mentioned style and that the companies with the combined style STI+DUI have experienced the highest level of growth in their turnover.

Abstract: 

For resource-based economies like Iran, the the most important way to end the oil-dependency era is technological development. Therefore, the present study examines the technological development and catch-up trajectory of Iranian E&P companies in the field of EOR through experience-based and research-based learnings, with the mediating role of technological capabilities. In the first stage, considering the nature of knowledge and technology in EOR industry, it was examined that which mode of learning is more applicable in this industry. Then, by means of Thematic Analysis and through reviewing the most reliable sources, the relationship between modes of learning, types of capabilities, and types of technological catch-up were investigated in one framework to determine the technological path from learning to catch-up. In the second stage, with a case study of two Iranian E&P companies, their catch-up stages were studied. The research findings show that the first company has followed the path-following pattern by accumulating operational capability level through experience-based learning mechanisms, and the second company has followed path-creating pattern by adding research-based learning mechanisms and accumulating innovative capability.

Abstract: 

در این مقاله به بررسی تحلیلی پایداری حلهای منفرد معادلات جفت شده شرودینگر مرتبه پنجم حاکم بر انتشار تپهای الکترومغناطیسی در فیبرهای نوری غیر خطی پرداخته می شود. برای این منظور حلهای منفرد چنین معادلاتی را ارایه کرده، فرض می کنیم به هر یک اختلالی به صورت euz)(i=1,2) ui®ui+dui(dui=(ai(T)+ibi(T)) وارد می شود. با استفاده از نظریه عملگرها نشان می دهیم که حلهای منفرد معادلات مذکور تحت اختلالات وارد شده پایدار خواهند ماند. همچنین نشان خواهیم داد که تحت اختلالات ذکر شده اولین مرتبه وردش هامیلتونی دو میدان جفت شده صفر و دومین مرتبه وردش آن مثبت خواهد بود. از این دو نکته نتیجه می شود که، با وجود جفتیدگی میدانها، حلهای منفرد این معادلات تحت اثر اختلال وارده پایدارند.

Abstract: 

Functions, actors, and multi-level governance are three essential elements of regional innovation systems. Functions are dynamic capabilities that cause sustainable competitive advantage and economic growth of regions in addition to realizing development, dissemination and exploitation of innovation. However, not only the theoretical foundations of functional analysis of regional innovation have been developed to a limited extent, but discussions have been provided without considering the different ecological conditions of the regions. In this study, in addition to explaining the concept of function, based on qualitative content analysis methodology, the functions of regional innovation system in developing countries are presented. The study pupulation included all books, research reports and articles from 1995 to 2017. Finally, based on criterion-based sampling, 93 sources were analyzed. Eight functions resulted are: "regional innovation governance and guide the direction of search capability", "capability to build innovation ecosystem", "capability to technology scanning and predicting technologies of companies and industries", "capability to industrialization based on technology (Fits DUI approach)", "empowerment, support and resources mobility capability (human, financial, etc. )", "networking, interactive learning, overflowing and knowledge accumulation", "capability to stimulate/create markets" and, finally, the "capability to discover and disseminate entrepreneurial opportunities. "
