Abstract:

One of the fundamental topics in the history of Shia hadiths is the manner of recording hadiths at the time of issuance. Some important questions are: Have the narrators recorded and transmitted the exact words quoted by the Infallibles (AS), or did they intend to convey only their main meaning and concept? The focus on the realities governing the history of Shia hadiths by using a book-based method shows the EXTENSIVENESS, authenticity, and predominance of the word transmission in Shia hadiths. Hadith of Shia which has been written and flowed in the forms of hadith books under the supervision of the Infallibles (AS), has faced the lowest damage in the process of its receiving and transmitting. So, "the meaning transmission" which has a close connection with oral narrating, has had the least occurrence in the book-based hadith of Shia. In addition, the hadiths concerning the manner of transmitting the narrations can be considered as another indication of the authenticity of the word transmission in Shia hadith. Although at first glance, the issue of " difference in the text of hadiths" is evidence against the foregoing claim, by considering the field and causes of its occurrence, it becomes clear that it doesn't signify the scope and predominance of the meaning transmission in Shia Hadith.

Abstract:

Succession planning as a subsystem of HRM affects individual and organizational learning, personnel satisfaction, turnover and financial performance. In this paper, we pursue developing a measure to identify the degree of maturity and EXTENSIVENESS of succession planning in large organizations. Regarding the literature, the scale was developed in three dimensions with 22 items. The dimensions include change & process management of succession planning, selection of successor and development of successor. By data gathering from 23 governmental large organizations, the reliability and validity of the scale were tested and accepted. The scale measures the level of maturity of organization in 5 levels. It can be used as a tool for comprehending as-is situation and gap analysis, and also as a tool for planning OD programs by researchers and practitioners.

Abstract:

Introduction: Since the late 1960s, Howard Barker’ s theatre has occupied a significant position in British drama. During these years he has developed his own aesthetics in writing and performing his plays; naming it "the theatre of catastrophe". According to Barker "what lies behind the idea of catastrophe is the sense of other varieties of the self, repressed or obscured by politics, social convention or fear" (The Arguments 194). Accordingly, in his mature plays, including Victory, his oppressed characters try to (con)figure their "desire as an overwhelming impetus to action" for groping, "blindly but determinedly, towards self-reconstruction" (Megson 494). Background Studies: Among the researchers who have had sociopolitical look at Barker’ s plays, Weissengruber has studied the concept of dystopia in the Western polity, especially on The Castle (1988). Hammond, also, has pointed to the notion of moving from socialism towards individualism in Victory, but he does not consider Foucault’ s ideas about power and resistance (18-20). Moreover, Pennino highlights the impressions of staging Thatcher’ s age in victory. He, also, touches slightly the concept of resistance in Victory without bringing Foucault’ s ideas to the fore (110-115). Accordingly, the writer of the article tries to study the mechanism of power and resistance in the political behavior of characters in Barker’ s Victory (1983) based on Foucault’ s theories of power and resistance. Methodology and Argument: Foucault’ s theories of power/resistance can be, more or less, summarized around the two concepts of "co-EXTENSIVENESS of power and resistance" and "subjectivization". Foucault emphasizes that during his career as a sociologist he has occupied himself with the ways western citizens have constituted "themselves as subjects under fixed and determinate condition" (Remarks 70). According to him, subjectivization is not the subjugation of the subject. Therefore, Foucauldian subjectivization refers to the subjects’ constitution of themselves in an active process of self-fashioning "even if this constitution is not possible in practice without also being constituted as a passive subject" (Kelly 88). Foucault also believes that "where there is power, there is resistance", but "this resistance is never in a position of exteriority in relations of power (The Will 95). In Victory, Susan Bradshaw’ s attempts for collecting her puritan husband’ s bones who is killed by Charles II’ s soldiers is a symbol of resistance. Such endeavor while is seemingly useless represents the "co-EXTENSIVENESS of power and resistance" in Victory. In this play, although Susan accepts that the period of her relieved reign is over, she continues to regain her new self while ignoring and welcoming all abuses. Susan, indeed, struggles for redefining her lost identity. Her strategies of resistance are, however, incorporated in power and make a new Susan out of her. Conclusion: In this article, it was clarified that the Barkerian characters in Victory have to find their way towards redefining their subjectivities. A process which is named, in Foucauldian parlance, "subjectivzation", and emerges only in the "co-EXTENSIVENESS of power and resistance". Such selffashioning, being passive and active at the same time, is a form of Foucauldian subjectivization. While Susan is successful in gathering her husband’ s remnants, or perhaps parts of her identity, she enters the process of subjectivization and a new Susan is born. In contrast to Susan, Scrope and Ball decided not to resist but to fight against the system and ended in physically or mentally annihilation.

Abstract:

1. Introduction: One of the important aspects of Roozbehan, a mystics of the sixth century AH, is the reflection of the mystical experiences in his works. An analysis of his specific mystical language is possible using the Tensive square model. The Tensive process of discourse shows that the mystical language is not a static and predetermined action, but it's a constant process of becoming through which the mystical experience is canalized through the language and indicates the "dynamic" process of becoming. The Tensive process, by means of interaction of two cognitive and emotional dimensions of discourse, and due to the principle of the fluidity of the signs reveals the convergent and divergent relations of the mystical language. "Abhar al-asheqin" is one of the Roozbehan's works which deals with his mystical experience in the heavens of the world of meaning and discovery and intuitions. It includes a report of his visits to the "land of the Kingdom", and then returning to the earth and his affection for love. . .

Abstract:

The EXTENSIVENESS and complexity of bureaucracy and court structures during the semi-autonomous governments of Samanid, Ghaznavi, and Seljuk in post-Islamic Iran has had a great influence on the evolution of the secretarial prose style; With the expansion of courts and bureaucracy, especially the bureau of correspondence, the importance and position of secretaries elevated; as a result of the increased prestige of secretaries, secretarial and correspondence prose also achieved a special position. It seems that with the expansion of courts, simple prose style has turned into an artificial and technical style due to such important causes as political, socio-cultural and psychological factors. Each of these factors has, in some way, been effective in the perfection of the prose of the scribes and secretaries. This study, in addition to introducing secretaries, deals with the evolution of secretarial prose style and its relationship with the development and expansion of the court.

Abstract:

What is beyond existence, and superior to everything, and beyond all Being-Whether the true, the intermediate, and the apparent-is not recognizable by the acquired knowledge and the argumentative identification of the human mind, In the sense that the mind and the wisdom of man will never be able to acquire or understand the truth, and the essence of the absolute and supernatural nature of the first unit that is above being. In other words, the essence beyond being is not acquired by the knowledge and the logical analogies of human reason. It is only the being that can be the subject of the knowledge of mankind and the essence of the first unit, due to being beyond being and superior to being or existence, is free from the acquired knowledge. Therefore, knowledge is in the realm of the essence of the compound object, rather than in the essence of what is purely extensive or truthful and beyond the infinite.

Abstract:

Considering the Arabic vocabulary, one may notice some words have an extensive semantic field while some words don't have this vast field.Hence it may be concluded that certain factors have been effective in this EXTENSIVENESS.A group of the words which have the extensive semantic field are those which express separation. It is assumed that the hardships of desert life; the barren nature of deserts; the enmity, fighting, revenge, and robbing the tribes; and the nomadic lifestyle have caused this EXTENSIVENESS. In this research all these factors and elements have been scientifically investigated.
