Abstract:

Social confidence is a concept that plays a vital role in human relations and interactions and like a lubricant, makes the spinning of the social links’ wheels easier. On this basis it can be said that confidence is a facilitator for social interactions. This study is formed with the aim of achieving the concept of social confidence in Emam Mosa Sadr’ s system of philosophy; in this regard, has studied his works that are the achievement of coexistence religious leadership experience in a society made up of various religions and cults and has concluded that to Emam Mosa Sadr’ s opinion, social confidence produces with “ human dignity” component, learnt and internalized in “ family” and spreads in society by “ religious thought“ , “ morality” and “ wilayah” components. Also, “ justice” makes the society reliable by its function, and “ confidence” is fixed by support and strengthening of “ patriotism” and “ conversation” components. In Sadr’ s idea, in the existence of social confidence, a dignified, prominent and firm society, in which merits and talents grows and “ corruption” and “ hypocrisy” vanishes, will be instructed.

Abstract:

This study was undertaken to determine the concentration of mercury in edible muscle of five commercially valuable marine organisms from Mosa Bay, Persian Gulf, Iran. The total mercury concentrations were determined by cold vapour atomic absorption spectrophotometry and expressed in mg/g dry weight. Certified reference materials were used for each batch of analysis. Mercury concentration was 0.373 mg/g for Liza abu, 1.172 mg/g Sparidentex hasta, 0.445 mg/g for Acanthopagrus latus, 0.390 mg/g for Thunnus tonggol, and 0.360 mg/g for Fenneropenaeus indicus. Carnivorous fish had higher level of mercury than non-carnivorous. Statistical analysis revealed weak correlation between fish mercury concentration and length for all studied organisms. The observed concentrations were comparable to those found in other areas of the Persian Gulf and were lower than the WHO guideline of 0.5 mg/kg wet weight. Our result demonstrated that estimated daily and weekly intakes of mercury via consumption of fish flesh were far below the PTDI and PTWI values recommended by FAO/WHO.

Abstract:

This study aims to discuss the solutionmethodology for a closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) networkthat includes the collection of used products as wellas distribution of the new products. This supply chain ispresented on behalf of the problems that can be solved bythe proposed meta-heuristic algorithms. A mathematicalmodel is designed for a CLSC that involves three objectivefunctions of maximizing the profit, minimizing the totalrisk and shortages of products. Since three objectivefunctions are considered, a multi-objective solutionmethodology can be advantageous. Therefore, severalapproaches have been studied and an NSGA-II algorithm isfirst utilized, and then the results are validated using anMOSA and MOPSO algorithms. Priority-based encoding, which is used in all the algorithms, is the core of thesolution computations. To compare the performance of themeta-heuristics, random numerical instances are evaluatedby four criteria involving mean ideal distance, spread ofnon-dominance solution, the number of Pareto solutions, and CPU time. In order to enhance the performance of thealgorithms, Taguchi method is used for parameter tuning. Finally, sensitivity analyses are performed and the computationalresults are presented based on the sensitivityanalyses in parameter tuning.

Abstract:

Estimation of coral fishes biomass is needed as a basic benchmark for assessing the ecological status and fishing potential of coral reefs. Different methods are used to sampling the biomass of these communities, that direct observation is one of the preferred methods with respect to the non-destructive advantage. The purpose of investigation was to estimation standing biomass of coral fishes by Underwater Visual Census method (UVCm) in Abu-Musa Island seasonally from October 2019 to September 2020. also confidence interval was calculated of these estimations from the bootstrapping test (95%). Standing biomass of Coral fish and their confidence interval (95%) by bootstrapping simulation (n=479) were determinated 2923. 6 kg., 4576. 2 kg, and 1645. 4 kg for the stations one, two and three respectively. The difference in the biomass standing of coral fish in three station could be related to the lack of differences in the amount of developed reefs, coral communities and significant differences in habitat availability. Also, the standing biomass of coral fishes in the Abu-Musa Island are limited, that can be attributed to their low habitat, shortage of carrying capacity and the short life of the Persian Gulf basin, and stress that occurs in the ecosystem, especially bleaching events, that need more study in the future.

Abstract:

Time-dependent Vehicle Routing Problem is one of the most applicable but least-studied variants of routing and scheduling problems. In this paper, a novel mathematical formulation of time-dependent vehicle routing problems with heterogeneous fleet, hard time widows and multiple depots, is proposed. To deal with the traffic congestions, we also considered that the vehicles are not forced to come back to the depots, from which they were departed. In order to solve our bi-objective formulation, we presented two well-known Meta-heuristic algorithms, namely NSGA II and MOSA and compared their performance based on a set of randomly generated test problems. The results confirm that our MILP model is valid and both NSGA II and MOSA work properly. While NSGA II finds closer solutions to the true Pareto front, MOSA finds evenly- distributed solutions which allows the algorithm to search the space more diversely.

Abstract:

Background and adjectives: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most common cause of bum wound infections in many centers. This bacterium shows high resistance to majority of antibiotics including b-lactams. The frequency of beta-lactam resistant P.aeruginosa is increasing in many countries due to production of Metallo beta lactamase enzymes. The aim of this study was to determine the antibiotic resistance patterns of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from bum wound infections and to identify bla-VIM gene by application of phenotypic and genotypic methods.Material and Method: 79 isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were recovered from III bum patients using microbiological methods. For all the isolates, antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed by Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method. All imipenem resistant isolates were screened for MBLs production by IPMEDTA disk and in order to detect blaVIM gene, PCR analysis was performed. Results: Resistance rate of the isolated strains were as fallows: imipenem 94.9% pipracilin 97.4% ciprofloxacin 98.7% tobramycin 95% ceftazidim and ticarcilin 100%. IPM-EDTA disk method showed that 41 out of74 (55.4%) ofimipenem resistant isolates of P. aeruginosa, were metallo-b-lactamase producers. The PCR method showed that 34 out of 79 P. aeruginosa isolates were positive for blaVIM. Conclusion: The results demonstrated that incidence of MBLs producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bum patients is higher than expected. Therefore detection of antibiotic resistance patterns of bacteria as well as detection of MBLs enzyme producing isolates are of great importance in prevention and control of these infections.

Abstract:

Mosa and Xezr story is one of the symbolic stories of the Holy Quran repeated in the literary mystic texts that researcher interpreted this story because various elegance and massages. The writer of this article analyses Mathnavi and Maghalat Shams about the mentioned tale despite the critic of past interpretations and based on Gnosticism and non Gnosticism poems. The writer believes that Mowlana pointed this tale in the Mathnavi that interpret in spite of past interpretations and other cases in the mathnavi. Mowlana found this tale based on Mosa and Xezr and preferring Mosa over Xezr. The writer shows triple proofs and believes Mowlana in this article interpretation used on Kashfolasrar Meibodi or probably used other source that has been source of Meibodi in the Kashfolasrar.

Abstract:

This paper studies effect of new suggested ferroresonance limiter on controlling ferroresonance oscillation in the power transformer including metal oxide surge arrester (MOSA). A simple case of ferroresonance circuit in a three phase transformer is used to show this phenomenon and three-phase transformer core structures including nonlinear core losses are discussed. The effect of MOSA and ferroresonance limiter on the onset of chaotic ferroresonance and controlling chaotic transient in a power transformer including nonlinear core losses has been studied. It is expected that these ferroresonance Limiter generally cause into ferroresonance control. Simulation is done on a power transformer rated 50 MVA, 635.1 kV with one open phase. The magnetization characteristic of the transformer is modelled by a single-value two-term polynomial with q=7, 11. The core losses are modelled by third order in terms of voltage. The simulation results reveal that connecting the MOSA and ferroresonance limiter to the transformer, exhibits a great impact on ferroresonance overvoltages. Significant effect on occurring chaotic ferroresonance, the range of parameter values that may lead to overvoltage and magnitude of ferroresonance overvoltage is obtained and showed.

Abstract:

In today's world, one of the basic problems of mankind is to provide food needs, so that food security and quality increase are the important goals of governments. Factors affecting food security include the availability of food (availability), the financial ability to access food, the usefulness of food (quality) and the sustainability of food security over time through the management of Economic and social considerations, water resources and soil quality. The current research presents and solves a model for the design of the supply chain network of basic food products considering the aspects of food security and the contractual approach. The supply chain network studied in this research includes suppliers (oilseeds), producers (rapeseed and sunflower oil) and two types of customers. In this research, first by reviewing past researches, the dimensions of food security and factors affecting the food security chain were identified. Then, two questionnaires were compiled to conduct field research. Through the initial questionnaire, the dimensions of food security and related criteria were approved by research experts, and then using the final questionnaire, the most important factors affecting the food security of the studied supply chain were identified. In the next step, based on the identified factors, the mathematical model for the supply chain based on the contractual approach and supporting domestic production was created and solved. The problem was solved in small dimensions using the "comprehensive criterion" method. The multi-objective mathematical model presented in this research is a type of NP-hard problem, so multi-objective simulated annealing meta-heuristic algorithm (MOSA) and multi-objective genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) were used to solve the model. For the purpose of validation, the results of these algorithms have been compared with the exact solution results of the comprehensive criterion method. Also, the results of two algorithms, MOSA and NSGA-II, have been compared with each other, and the results of the comparisons show the better performance of the meta-heuristic algorithm of MOSA. Numerical results also showed that the product flow rate in the fourth and fifth period increases significantly. By examining parametric analysis and Pareto solutions, it was also determined that the profits of the supply chain members are aligned and that customer satisfaction also increases with the increasing in the profits of the supplier and the producer.

Abstract:

Gadamer evaluates Nietzsche's perception of the horizon as it is not possible to go beyond that. In the Masnavi, tales such as “Discrepancies in the Shape of the Cell”, and the story of “Johee, and that Child who Sang a Monody before his Father's Corpse”, are examples of the realization of the horizon in Nietzsche's notion of it. Because in these anecdotes, characters are subdued by their own limited horizons. Gadamer, in contrast to Nietzsche, considers the historical movement of human life to be the fact that human horizons are fluid and open and vary according to different situations and circumstances. Accordingly, Gadamer, in his philosophical hermeneutics, knows the foundation of understanding as the interpreter's horizons and the horizons of the text. The realization of such a concept is objectively observable as an example in the story of Mosa and the Shepherd in Masnavi. At the beginning of the story, Mosa (the symbol of the Tanzieh) and the shepherd (the symbol of the Tashbih) are each on their horizon. But in continue, and with the dialogue between these two horizons, the horizon of the shepherd and the horizon of Mosa, we faced with open horizons and a new hermeneutical situation, which is the fusion of horizons of Tanziah and Tashbih in the Shepherd and Moses.
