Talent management has been on the agenda of many organizations in recent years because of the belief in the importance of talent in achieving organizational excellence. The purpose of this study is to infer the conceptual model of behavioral factors affecting talent management. Therefore, applying the Meta-Synthesizing technique, researchers studied the findings of the articles which exist in valid databases in a systematic manner using Sandolowski and Barso's seven-step method. Then, after multiple screenings, they selected 36 appropriate articles for deeper study. To this end, behavioral factors affecting talent management were extracted and conceptual model analyses and inferences were obtained with the help of coding tools and MAXQDA v. 10 software. It is expected that the results and design of this model by improving the understanding the effective behavioral concepts on potential Human resource drive talent management to the desired status and become an appropriate tool for achieving organizational goals.

As the most widespread service industry in the world, tourism has managed to take center stage among many managers and researchers. Hence, pinpointing the factors of tourism marketing and offering optimal solutions towards facilitation of tourist absorption are of prime significance. Not to mention, since only few factors of tourism marketing have been addressed in previous studies, the present research aimed to identify the tourism marketing factors via Metasynthesis. In this exploratory applied research, the entire studies on tourism marketing, conducted over 2000-2020, were taken into consideration. To this end, 580 studies were assessed, of which 87 were finally selected purposefully. Finally, through content analysis and combining the relevant literature using open, pivotal and selective coding methods, 78 codes, 21 concepts and six categories were selected and analyzed, whose validity were supported by Cohen’, s Kappa Coefficient. The results demonstrated that the key categories were as follows: integrated marketing (incentive promotional mixes), satisfaction, relationship marketing, internal marketing, electronic marketing, and ICT factors. Further, a deep understanding of the existing literature on tourism marketing is presented by the present study.

Today, the concept of openness has spread in organizations and organizations have shown a special interest in open approaches, among which open strategy is also part of the broad social trend and tendency towards greater openness. Open strategy is a multifaceted phenomenon that is evolving rapidly and requires more knowledge. In this article, an attempt is made to examine the concept of open strategy in a more detailed way with the help of meta-combined qualitative research method. Finally, 38 articles in the period 1990 to 2020 with the focus on open strategy were selected and analyzed qualitatively by reviewing the Scopus database. In this research, the most important definitions presented in this field are identified and then according to the multiplicity of definitions, characteristics and approaches used with a more general look at the typology of introducing open strategy. The results show that the methods of identifying and defining open strategy can be divided into 5 categories: philosophical, dimensional, scope of application, process and level of analysis. From the point of view of philosophical foundations, the open strategy approach is mainly subjective and in the postmodern paradigm. From a dimensional point of view, it has two main dimensions of transparency and comprehensiveness, each of which has sub-dimensions. The range of different applications of this phenomenon is known in the form of eight approaches. From a process point of view, it has three important typologies and from the level of analysis, it is known in two ways: number or type. The details and characteristics of these 5 categories are mentioned in detail in the article. It is worth noting that the dynamic and effective nature of open strategy and different ways of looking at this area, suggests that researchers should make more efforts to better understand this new phenomenon.

Objective: It has been done with the aim of investigating students' participation in Iran's higher education.Methods: This research was carried out with a qualitative approach, with an applied purpose and in a meta-synthesis method.Thematic analysis method was also used to analyze the data.Results: According to the findings of this research, students' participation in higher education has the dimensions of education, finance, culture, governance and research, and influencing factors such as university, professor and student were achieved.Barriers to students' participation in higher education were also identified, including personal, educational, cultural, and economic barriers, and this participation has consequences for professors, universities, and students.Conclusion: Student participation in higher education has a great impact on academic actors and stakeholders. According to this survey, the biggest dimension of students' participation is related to the dimension of education, and increasing students' motivation and self-confidence is one of the most effective factors of their participation in this field; Also, one of the important obstacles to students' participation is the lack of skills necessary for activism in university dimensions, which can be provided for their active and effective participation by implementing skill training courses in various fields.
