Farabi has described the problem of emanation with negative determiners and referred to the first intellect as the first case of emanation. For him, the appearance of multitude by intellect is described on a dual order; though the way of description is not accepted by the philosophers before him, specially by Avicenna. Farabi links the old physics to the problem of emanation and, therefore, in most of his writings limits the number of intellects to ten and says: in each of the intellects, from the first to the ninth, one intellect and one heavenly sphere occurs; the tenth, however, runs the universe under the moon. Contrary to what has been viewed by some, no disagreement can be found in Farabi’s different works in the ground. When explaining the problem, he has been under the influence of Plotin and, therefore, his view is formally similar to Plotin’s. Nonetheless, never can Farabi be regarded as a pure imitator; he has changed Plotin’s view deeply. Some of his special points can be counted as: using physics in metaphysics, using religious teachings, relying on dual form, considering different meanings of intellect and special manner of study.

His writings about the order of emanation, in terms of generality or the mention of particulars, can be divided into three: (a) detailed presentation;(b) presentation with some detail;(c) brief indirect presentation.His views on the nature of the creation of multitude from unity in the world can be divided into four:(a) the explanation of the order of emanation on the basis of the triple order using reasoning;(b) explanation based on the double order using reasoning; (C) explanation on the basis of the double order using knowledge;(d) explanation based on both elements, that is, reasoning and knowledge.He has truly and strictly insisted that God’s and man’s knowledge, reasoning and efficiency are different in kind.

Therefore, understanding the evolution in the concept of terrorism and the nature of the new terrorism constitute the main objective of the present study. This article tries to answer this question that what differentiates this wave of terrorism from the other waves? And that this terrorism is the reaction to what? The hypotheses provided for answering this question is that this wave of terrorism has far more extensive dimensions than other waves of terrorism as a response to the postmodern empire order.

In this investigation, the structural, electronic properties, 13C and 1H NMR parameters and first hyperpolarizability of Z-Ligustilide were explored. As well, the solvent effect on structural parameters, frontier orbital energies, electronic transitions, and 13C and 1H NMR parameters was illustrated based on Polarizable Continuum Model (PCM).These consequences specify that the polarity of solvents participates on the structures and spectroscopic properties of Z-Ligustilide. NBO analysis was used to examining of the hybridation of atoms, atomic charges and their second order stabilization energy within the molecule.

This philosophy of right and law relies on metaphysics of power and prefigures the “Multitude” and the “Commune”. This philosophy of right and law is one of the many unique aspects of Spinoza`s practical philosophy. Spinoza`s theory of right as articulated in his political essays Ethica and Tractatus Politicus is as following: The more right extends, the more power extends and since society or commune produces more power, it produces more right. This unique aspect of practical philosophy of Spinoza relies on some aspects of old theory of right and law. In other words, the right and law theory of Spinoza can be considered one of Spinoza’s bonds with old traditions.
