Abstract: 

Effective measurements and accurate analysis of the quality of news sites are the first steps necessary to improve their performance and improve the reporting methods in these centers. Therefore, this research is looking for quality assessment of news sites. The present study consists of using the Delphi method as a qualitative method for evaluating the indicators by the experts in the field of news has led to the provision of a Native Model for assessing the quality of news sites. The Native Model (NEWSQUAL) consists of five dimensions and 72 indicators, from five perspectives of design and graphic design, content, technical system, services, and executive management of news sites, each of which consists of several sub-criteria. Subsequently, by selecting 61 news sites, their qualitative evaluation was calculated using a questionnaire and the quality score of each site was obtained.

Abstract: 

The present paper seeks to propose a Model based on Islamic sources for assessing religiosity among Muslims. In recent decades, researchers have conducted some research projects on empirical assessment of the conditions of religiosity in Iran. However, these projects have some defects, the most important of which are: no attempts were made to propose a Native Model for assessing religiosity and using western and Christian Models instead. No doubt, some researchers have tried to develop and apply some Native Models, but these attempts were not very successful.Admitting that for more than fifty years empirical and field studies were made on the kinds, scale and changes of religiosity, and pointing to Hill and Hood's typology of the kinds of western scales for assessing religiosity, the present paper discusses the most important criticisms directed against these scales. Then it casts light on and criticizes some of the Native Models for assessing religiosity. Finally, it proposes a Native Model for empirical assessment of religiosity based on Islamic sources.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Purpose: In the competitive world today that has increased efficiency in all areas, organizations can only remain in this turbulent world that the best use of their resources and have the highest efficiency and effectiveness. And the importance of this issue in the development process of organizations, so that now as important issue in the management of organizations, particularly organizations and cultural institutions will be discussed. Efforts in basic research designed to measure the effectiveness of local pattern organizations and cultural institutions.Method: Using expert opinions and views about the dimensions, components and indicators of the effectiveness of the approach and then go to the experts (professors of cultural management areas and management areas), the importance of each of them Using MATLAB and EXCEL software and statistical methods such as calculating the geometric mean of the Model is designed eventually.Findings and Conclusions: The current status and assess the effectiveness of managers on the extent of the current situation in each of the component with the desired effectiveness Brsnjsh effective, and appropriate to determine the position of the organization in addressing each of the components, the proposed strategy is presented.

Abstract: 

Aim: The aim of the present study was to Developing a Native educational opportunity finder based on Tracey's spherical Model. Methods: The research method is descriptive. The statistical population included all the university majors in four branches of mathematics, experimental sciences, humanities, and art in Iran. From each major, 6 to 8 postgraduate students voluntarily answered the research instrument. The results of two majors-physics and law are presented in this study. Findings: According to the findings, the major of physics in the Model of eight basic interest types, was characterized by three areas which include nature-outdoors, mechanical, and data processing. In Prediger's two-dimensional Model, this field of study was located in the things/ ideas quarter. The law profile in the eight basic interest types Model, included: Managing, Business Detail, and Helping. In the two-dimensional Model, the law was located in the people/ data quarter. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it is concluded that students volunteered for the majors of physics and law should have high interests in nature/ outdoors, mechanical areas and students volunteered for the major of law should have high interests managing and business detail, on the other hand, the high prestige of these two fields reveals that the volunteer students of these fields can expect that the patterns of social valuation and having good social image requirements to be answered in these two fields of study.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to identify and rank the factors influencing the design of the Native Model for assessing the effectiveness of the advertisement. Firstly, according to the research literature, the criteria and sub-criteria influencing the effectiveness of advertising have been extracted, then the Delphi triple stages were used that the panel included 20 professors and marketing experts and 30 experts from the banking industry as well as clients It is used to extract the final indexes. Then, using the Fuzzy AHP method, the ranking of the criteria is considered. The extracted criteria are: demographic characteristics, individual feelings and attitudes of the audience, apparent features of the message, message content, market characteristics, cultural, economic, design and nature of the service, advertising methods. The results of the ranking of the results showed that the methods of advertisement, the design and nature of the service, the apparent features of the message, the emotions and attitudes of the audience, the demographic characteristics, the content of the message, the economic, market characteristics, cultural, respectively ranked first to ninth dedicated.

Abstract: 

Plant development can be defined as a programmed qualitative change in plant form, which leads plant to maturity, and researchers call it as phasic development or phenology. Recognizing the timing of occurring each development stage is necessary for managing system in order to yield increment. The timing of occurring development stages depend on climate, genotype specifications and sowing date then determination of these times in different regions is difficult and it is only possible through the using of crop simulation Models which can predict the timing of occurrence each development stage by integrating effective factors. The Model was constructed based on linear equation of plant temperature response. In order to Model evaluation two experiments were carried out in agricultural and natural resources research center of Khuzistan in 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 cropping years. Wheat development stages were determined based on Kirby and Appleyard’s scale by stereoscopic microscope and required GDD for each development stage as well. The constructed Model was calibrated and run for simulation. Comparison of simulated and observed data showed that the Model can strongly predict wheat development stages.
