Oration, speech, or expressions of intend with a special and reasonable order in terms of content, composition and literary structure has existed along with the genesis of language. Oration has developed simultaneously with the advancement in man’s intellectuality and civilization. Before the appearance of media, oration served as news transmission. This literary element has preserved its place due to auditory and live performance. With the emergence of Islam the content, structure, and the strategies of oration were highly promoted therefore it became more strategic with wider range of variety.

Carefully looking at Quran translations, one observes many differences. Sometimes two translations present entirely different meaning as cause bewilderment and amazement."Omission" phenomenon beside other phenomenon such as numerous Quranic recites and word's numerous patterns is of main reasons which causes difference and variances in translation, so meanings change and becomes different often. There are many verses which difference in their meanings return to two phenomenon "Omission" and "Appreciation" so there is no difference in meaning for verses with perfect linguistic contexture, because meaning boundaries are specified within them. Thus sentence that there is "Omission" in, opens a wide door to various recites and hereon basis, semantic span of Quran increases. Therefor current research trying to declare omission based variances and the way translators encountering these variances to convey Quranic concepts. In this study we concluded via descriptive- analytic method that translators' disagreement on conveying hidden elements of verses roots in position of omission and omitted words and semantic elegances and word determining in appreciation and how that word mentioned.

This article studies the role of "Rhetorical Situation" in the formation of genres. Accordingly, the article discusses the concept of genre in rhetoric which includes a variety of fields ranging from the ancient Oratory tothe communication studies in 20th century. Unlike literary approaches which define genre mostly on the basis of textual features (form and content), rhetorical approach defines genre according to the extra-textual features such as situation and audience. Before 20th century, the concept of "situation" was very much static and limited to some specific and clear-cut situations and the speaker and audience only had to passively respond to these situations. In 20th century, the theories of Bakhtin and Carolin Miller turned this concept into a dynamic one. According to these theorists, a genre comes to existence in a communicative process and with the participation of speaker and audience. This article first addresses the theories of genre in ancient rhetoric, and then goes on to show that the definition of genre as social action makes genre a tool for production and reproduction of social values and ideological assumptions in different cultures. Finally, the article mentions some of the consequences of rhetorical approach for literary studies.

Ethics and ethics are one of the important aspects of Islam and have been given great importance in the religion of Islam. Accordingly, in the Holy Qur'an, one of the goals of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is education and wisdom education. The Prophet (pbuh), who ruled the rule of Islam, had to act in a Muslim society in different ways in order to encourage Muslims to learn and adhere to ethical principles. The fact that the Prophet (PBUH), especially in Ghazvat and during hard times, met the principles of ethics and education, the main question of this research is to find an appropriate answer in this regard in a descriptive-analytical manner using historical sources and A hadith was possible and, by examining the documents and the evidence, it can be said that the Prophet (pbuh) even adhered to the principles of ethics and tried his best to provide moral and educational prayers such as kindness, devotion, patience and endurance to Teach Muslims.

The rhetorical system of prose texts written after the Mongol invasion often differs completely from the texts written before that; the rhetoric of syntactic often makes the rhetorical frame of the pre-Mongolian texts and, in contrast, figurative language and Oratory make the rhetorical structure of post-Mongolian texts. This difference is most of all related to the purpose of the text according to the author’s view and the choice of an appropriate aesthetic system. Unlike the artistic structures of rhetoric of syntactic, the techniques of figurative language and Oratory are not compatible with the main purpose of prose texts which is to convey meaning to the reader. Choosing such a rhetorical approach by the author shows that post-Mongolian Persian prose texts have faced a serious crisis in making sense to the extent that verbiage has dominated the texts. This research aims to investigate the rhetorical shift in prose texts from the rhetoric of syntactic towards figurative language and Oratory based on the analysis of specific examples.

Extended Abstract:1. Introduction:Rhetoric is a term that has significantly changed in meaning throughout the history. Not enough attention has been given to the term’s conceptual complexity in Persian and its vast meaning in literary studies. Although it is impossible to differentiate between the various meanings of the term, rhetoric in different contexts has a particular meaning. In Persian, this term has frequently been translated to Oratory and eloquence; as rhetoric is more than Oratory and eloquence, in this essay we have studied how different meanings of rhetoric have been shaped throughout the history. Some of the most important meanings of rhetoric are eloquence, Oratory, weak style and communication. This essay can help the scholars to distinguish between the various meanings of rhetoric in different contexts and differentiate their significance in translation.

In the history of Persian literature, some works have been entitled <Majales> which is a general name. Majales is a type of didactic literature from the point of litrary typology and it is subcategory of it. Some of the important resourses of Majles Goyie or Oratory are instructions and guidances of holy Quran and Nahjolbalaghe. The frequent subject of Majales is preaching and notification. Preaching interwoven with concepts like rehetoric, proselytize, didactics, advice, guidance, notification, admonition and sometimes it uses with same value. In this type of literature, preacher tries, in front of audiences, to say moral norms and deemphasise abnormalities for reformation of idea and behavior of society. The topic of those gatherings is didactic lessons which has been done in two forms (public and specific), each one has its own special conditions and customs.Talking in public demands special Oratory which is different from literary Oratory and it is called “Pulpit Oratory” which have special characterstics and specific elements. In this article the evolution of the topic from the beginning to the end of Safavi dynasty has been analysed.
