Abstract: 

Today's organizations are increasingly facing in environments with uncertainty,complexity and dynamism. These environmental needs require organizations to make decisions faster than these unpredictable, rapid, and uncontrollable changes. Based on this, the traditional management method in organizations where employees obey the organizational structures and processes without question is no longer suitable for this situation and instead, conditions should be provided in which people can make decisions, create ideas, and new methods to participate in organizational activities in order creat innovation and initiative. Recent research by the McKinsey Global Institute indicates that in order to thrive in the future of work, employees need to acquire “self-leadership” skills such as driving change and innovation, ownership and decisiveness, and coping with uncertainty(Dondi et al., 2021). The purpose of this article is to know the concept of projection and to consider the fields of development of career path based on projection, which has been focused on the study and review of scientific articles related to this field by using metacombination method in order to provide a framework for the concept of proactivity of career path in today's organizations.

Abstract: 

Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors influencing the formation of career proactivity.Method: The research method is qualitative and using Interpretive-Structural Modeling (ISM) method. The research community in the literature review section included all related articles, theses and books from 1996 to 2023. In the interview with specialists, the research community included career counseling specialists and industrial and organizational psychologists (including faculty members and consultants working in counseling centers) at 2023. In this research, the data were collected using demographic characteristics questionnaire, pairwise comparison questionnaire and interviews with experts and were analyzed using structural-interpretive modeling and MICMAC analysis. Results: The results showed that 10 factors has an effect on the career proactivity and based on the structural-interpretive model, it contains three levels of independent or key variables, relational and dependent. The proactive behavior variable as an independent and key variable had the most influence and the least dependence compared to the variables mentioned at other levels in the model. Conclusion: Being proactive in career requires being equipped with special behaviors, cognitions and skills that give a person the ability to control, guide and successfully advance the career. Therefore, paying attention to these skills and acquiring competencies related to them provides the basis for enriching career in today's world.

Abstract: 

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of the leaderchr('39')s motivational language on employee pro-activity with the mediating role of psychological meaningfulness of job and organizational vitality of the individuals. This research was an applied research in terms of practical purpose, and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection and it was a type of quantitative research. The statistical population of the study consisted of 793 employees of Buali Sina Petrochemical Company. Based on the Cochranchr('39')s formula, the sample size was estimated to be 259, which were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that its reliability was confirmed by Cronbachchr('39')s alpha and its validity was confirmed by convergent and divergent validity. Descriptive and inferential statistics including: normality, correlation and structural equation modeling tests were used to analyze the data through SPSS and PLS software. The findings indicated that leader’, s motivational language affects proactivity of employees, psychological meaningfulness and vitality. Also, the effects of psychological meaningfulness and vitality on employee proactivity and the effect of psychological meaningfulness on vitality were approved. Finally, the mediator role of the psychological meaningfulness and vitality was confirmed through the indirect impact of the leaderchr('39')s motivational language on employeeschr('39') proactivity.
