The addition of the infinitive to the subject or object is one of the syntactic structures in which accuracy plays an important role in the correct understanding the meaning of the verses of the Holy Quran. Sometimes there is disagreement among the scholars who interpret the Holy Book of Quran in determining whether the infinitive is added to the subject or to the object. Translators have sometimes provided an inadequate translation. This article has tried to discover ways to resolve the difference in determining the qualificative role of genitive case and also to provide an expressive translation of this structure by using a descriptive-analytical-critical method and by examining a number of infinitives added to the subject or object in the Holy Quran. The solutions to resolve the dispute are as follows: Paying attention to how the sentences relate to each other, paying attention to the citation of the subject in the verse, paying attention to the reason for using rhetorical devices in the verse, paying attention to the interpretive context (the context of the discussed verse, the guiding purpose of the Surah), paying attention to the verses and narrations of the same subject of the verse and paying attention to the requirements of servant politeness. The use of these solutions in order to provide a correct and expressive translation of the infinitive structure added to the subject or the object is necessary: The use of verb in the translation of the infinitive, the use of an appropriate word for translation of the pronoun, the use of an appropriate word in addition to the accompanying added infinitive, the use of the explanations in parentheses, the avoidance of compression writing and the avoidance of literal translation.

Incontrovertibly each person’ s body has an undeniable role in shaping personality and in self-definition of ego. Nowadays and based on scientific efforts, we know sex and accordingly, gender, as a spectrum in inter bodily experience. Over the long years intersex status was considered a "disorder", but recently and in the light of modern medical, psychiatric and cognitive science, "different" experience of the two feminine and masculine sexual templates replaced the prevailing perception of intersex status. Concurrently with these scientific efforts, the process of legal Recognition of intersex persons as conscious, dignified and autonomous persons has started. Legal Recognition as one of the widespread types of Recognition, influenced by the dynamism of the two concepts of sex and gender, is an action that during the years, encapsulates the debate on the agent of Recognition on the one hand and subject of legal Recognition, intersex persons, on the other hand. Birth of positive and negative legal Recognition is the result of this action and reaction. In negative legal Recognition, only the two feminine and masculine sexual patterns are recognized and intersex persons have to undertake the burden of irreparable and dangerous surgical shaping to join one of the two, without informed consent and necessity of treatment. But in positive legal Recognition, existence of component elements such as right to selfdetermination, right to bodily integrity and right to have infant genitalia, creates a right-based model of legal Recognition of intersex persons. In fact, this research is a descriptive-analytical research with a comparative approach in study of the legal acknowledgement or enforcement mechanisms of judicial precedent that guarantee such rights. This also actualizes the fundamental idea of positive legal Recognition, i. e. the equity between intersex and male or female humane.

In this article, by an introduction about the importance of Recognition of existence, I proceed to existence as a common subject between philosophy and gonastism. The subjects of existence is the most obvious concept and also the most comlex fact in metaphysics. In this article also pointed to the Molla Sadra"s views about the existance and his several profound questions about the significance and Recognition of existence... seven reasons from the last chapter of Tahrir -al- Tamhid and reasonof piouses has been explained briefly. Another part of this article is the viewpoints of professor Assar about existence and Ayatolah Rafiee Ghazvini about the existent unity. This article is an introduction to the proposal of research about Ibn Arabi and late Imam Khomeyni" s viewpoints which we are going to explain them later.

In this paper I return to the familiar territory of the Lord-Bondsman "dialectic" in Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit in order to raise the question of the relation of Hegel's use of the theme of Recognition there to Fichte's. Fichte had introduced the notion of Recognition in his Foundations of Natural Right, to "deduce" the social existence of humans within relations of mutual Recognition as a necessary condition of their very self-consciousness. However, there it also functioned as part of a solution to a problem within the work on which the theory of rights was meant to be based, the earlier Foundation of the Complete Wissenschaftslehre of 1794-5. In Hegel's classic account in chapter 4 of the Phenomenology we find Recognition offered as a solution to a problem within an account of "self-consciousness" that has a number of clearly Fichtean features. But I suggest that to the degree that the lord-bondsman episode there expresses any "theory of Recognition", it is not Hegel’s own theory but rather his interpretation of Fichte's, a theory of which he is critical. Freed from this misleading assumption that the "lord-bondsman dialectic" represents something deep about Hegel's own philosophy, we might then be more able to get clearer about Hegel's actual views about Recognition and the role it plays in his own philosophy.

In this paper, a model of spoken word Recognition is proposed. This model is particularly concerned with extraction of cues from the signal leading to a specification of a word in terms of bundles of distinctive features, which are assumed to be the building blocks of words. In the model proposed, auditory input is chunked into a set of successive time slices. It is assumed that the derivation of the underlying word pattern proceeds in three layers: Features, phonemes, words. The feature layer has a complete set of feature detectors at every time slice. In this layer, the detection of the underlying pattern of distinctive features from the speech signal proceeds 'in three steps. In the first step, numerical values for features are obtained measuring acoustic attributes in each time slice. The acoustic attributes are either acoustic landmarks corresponding to articulator-free features which are identified, based on amplitude changes in various energy bands, or acoustic cues in the vicinity of the landmarks corresponding to articulator-bound features. Continuous perceptual feature values are, then processed into a much more structured representation, namely phonological surface structure. This is carried out in Perception Grammar as suggested by Boersma (1998). In the third step, a further processing is carried out. to turn the discrete representation into an abstract one yielding the underlying pattern of distinctive features. The next layer of the model has a complete set of phoneme detectors for every three time slices, but each set spans six time slices so the sets overlap. This means that the detection of adjacent phonemes will also overlap; this is supposed to simulate coarticulation The top layer has a complete set of word detector centered on every three time slices; again, the sets overlap, the number of time slices per word detector is variable because it depends on the length of each individual word.
