The purpose of this study is to recognize the dimensions affecting the management development in SAPCO. This study is an applied research, and was carried out through a survey. The data used in this survey is a combination of qualitative and quantitative data gathered from the managers and the top-level supervisors in this company. Qualitative analysis was performed using content analysis and for quantitative analysis t-test was used. Sample group at the first stage (qualitative phase) consisted of 10 managers at supervisor level in SAPCO (saturation level) and at the second stage (qualitative phase) consisted of 53 participants who were asked to fill out a questionnaire. The results indicated that training, performance appraisal, succession planning, top manager’s support, and strategic orientation is recognized as the effective factors on the management development.

The importance of reliable supply is increasing with supply chain network extension and just-in-time (JIT) production. Just in time implications motivate manufacturers towards single sourcing, which often involves problems with unreliable suppliers. If a single and reliable vendor is not available, manufacturer can split the order among the vendors in order to simultaneously decrease the supply chain uncertainty and increase supply reliability. In this paper we discuss with the aim of minimizing the shortage cost how we can split orders among suppliers with different lead times. The (s, S) policy is the basis of our inventory control system and for analyzing the system performance we use the fuzzy queuing methodology. After applying the model for the case study (SAPCO), the result of the developed model will be compared in the single and multiple cases and finally we will find that order splitting in optimized condition will conclude in the least supply risk and minimized shortage cost in comparison to other cases.

The research was conducted at SAPCO, which manages the Iran Khodro Industrial Group (IKCO) supply chain, and uses the DEMATEL-ANP combination to determine the importance of third-party logistics services evaluation, ranking and selection and used for outsourcing. The results of the study, which were obtained by examining 15 logistic criteria and based on the views of experts in the field of logistics, show that the weight of criteria such as experience in the same industry, customer line stops, price, flexibility, defective delivery ratio and on time delivery is important than other criteria, and criteria such as waiting time for return, inventory turnover and environmental sustainability are less important than other indicators. Also, using the ANP-PROMETHEE combination, three logistic services companies were evaluated. The results show the company's No 3 performance is better than other companies. There is also present a way to assess the performance of logistics services companies during the cooperation period based on measurable indicators by the customer.

In response to increase in competition, shortening of products life cycle and quick change in customers’ interests, many companies have emphasized and focused on supply chain as a means for achieving long term competitive advantage. One of the important components of supply chain management is the issue of assessment and selection of suppliers which evaluation of technological capabilities of suppliers plays a significant role in this regard. This is a multi criteria decision making issue. One of the models which has found a wide application in assessment of multi criteria systems and provision of improvements goals for such systems is the model of Data Envelopment Analysis which is presented in this thesis due to low number of decision making units in comparison to assessing criteria for technological capability as well as due to poor accuracy and being phased of some of the measures, some of the data being uncontrollable and having a dual nature, by integrating 2 models of DEA, for assessment of technologic capability of 10 suppliers grade A for SAPCO company in 2010, by strategic emphasis on identification of inefficient units and organizing them under the coverage of efficient units, aiming at reduction of costs and improvement of suppliers selection management.This model was executed by using LINGO software for evaluation of all 5 components of technology (Hardware, Manware, Software, Dataware and Management ability) of suppliers (10 suppliers) and a general ranking was performed and the gap present in all 5 components of technology of suppliers was diagnosed which can provide a considerable contribution for presenting improvement solutions for inefficient suppliers.

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of strategic leadership through strategic thinking on knowledge management in SAPCO. The statistical population of the present study consisted of 300 employees and managers working in SAPCO, 168 people through Cochran's formula as an example of Simple random sampling was selected using research tools from the Strategic Leadership Strategic Questionnaire of Cerat et al. (2011), the Leidtka Strategic Thinking Standard Questionnaire (1998) and the Lauson Knowledge Management Standard Standard Questionnaire (2003 (which confirmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaires). And data analysis at both descriptive and inferential levels, including Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling (SEM) method, and through SPSS and wrap pls software, the results showed that strategic leadership has a coefficient. The effect of 0. 72 on knowledge management is significant and this effect is significant due to the significant value of less than 0. 05. Significantly, as strategic leadership increases Knowledge management is also strengthened, and this is moderated by strategic thinking.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of strategic leadership impact through strategic thinking on organizational performance in SAPCO Company. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and data analysis was descriptive of correlation type. The statistical population of this study was 300 experts in all of the experts working in SAPCO Company. The sample of 168 people was selected through simple random sampling method. The research tools were Samaritan's Strategic Leadership Questionnaire (Sarat et al. 2011), Lidetka Strategic Strategic Thinking Questionnaire (1998) and Kaplan & Norton Standard Organizational Performance Inventory Questionnaire (1995). The validity after Validity clauses were confirmed and, on the other hand, the Cronbach's Alpha method was estimated for strategic leadership of 0. 89, strategic thinking (1998), 0. 95 and organizational performance of 0. 91, respectively, and data analysis in Two descriptive and inferential levels including Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method were used. The results of the research showed that strategic leadership through strategic thinking has an impact on organizational performance, and this effect is significant and its overall impact is equal to 0. 25.

Background: Workplace health and mental health depend on quality of life indicators. Considering this fact in all organizations will prevent fatigue and low efficiency. This study compared quality of life of women and men working in SAPCO (Isfahan, Iran).Methods: In a descriptive, analytical, cross-sectional study in 2011, 200 men and women were randomly selected based on their physical attendance. Quality of life of participants was assessed by the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire-Brief Version (WHOQOLBREF). The collected data was analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), Student's t-test, and chi-square test in SPSS11.5.Findings: Gender was significantly related with marital status, having children, income, and employment status. However, no significant relationships were observed between gender and age, education, housing status, and work experience. On the other hand, quality of life was significantly correlated with gender and occupational status but not with age, education, marital status, having children, income, housing status, and work experience.Conclusion: Overall quality of life in the present study was higher in women than men. Improving quality of life among this group of people requires educational and executive planning.

In recent years, in various theories and research, supply chain management presented as a core structures that has been related to organizational performance. Due to increasing use of supply chain management approach, this research studies its impact on organizational performance through the intervention of competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was investigated the effect of supply chain management practices on competitive advantage and SAPCO organizational performance. So researcher with the review the literature and use of survey method, and selected sample in SAPCO supply chain, tested the hypotheses with the use of T-test, regression and structural equation modeling and the Friedman test. The study population consisted of employees and managers in the design and supply of automotive components supply chain Management Company, that researcher selected 369 samples but gendered 395 questionnaires and analysis the data. The result of research show, there are direct relation between supply chain management ant competitive advantages and organizational performance and between competitive advantages and organizational performance and between. But with the intervention of competitive advantage, has created strong relationship between supply chain management and organizational performance. The test of fitness models demonstrates it is suitable model for SAPCO complex supply chains. Finally, researcher presented some suggestions for improvement the organization.
