Abstract: 

2 In recent years, a common concern among experts has been the lack of teamwork and the tendency to prioritize individualism over collective intelligence in decision-making processes, which is seen as hindering the progress of developing countries. To address this issue, a study was conducted to examine the communication evaluation model of financial teams at the Agricultural Insurance Fund from 2020 to 2021. The research identified 15 key variables, such as innovation, customer satisfaction, effective communication, mutual trust, and leadership, that are crucial for assessing the communication within financial teams. A sample of 148 individuals was chosen from a total population of 240 managers and experts at the Agricultural Insurance Fund, and data analysis was performed using path analysis and SMARTPLS3 software. The results indicated that, aside from cultural interaction and flexibility, which had negligible impact, the other 13 variables significantly influenced financial team communication. Among these, effective communication and mutual trust had the most substantial impact on team communication. By implementing appropriate team-building strategies, managers at the Agricultural Insurance Fund can enhance communication within teams and better achieve organizational objectives.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between managerial skills and group effectiveness in subordinate offices in Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare in Sanandaj city. The research method was correlation survey. The statistical population included all the Cooperative organizations, Labour and Social Welfare and subsidiary organizations in Sanandaj city. Using Cochrane formula 244 people through sample ratio stratified random sampling were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data two researcher made questionnaires were used (managerial skills and group effectiveness). To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics the SPSS software, for model fitting and structural equations the LISREL software were used. The results showed that there was a positive significant relationship between the managerial skill and communication, leadership, TEAMING and decision-making with group effectiveness.

Abstract: 

Changing the environment is a ubiquitous phenomenon which is nowadays inseparable from organizational life. Peter Sange believes that in a complicated world, those organizations can survive that constantly increase their knowledge in order to compete with rivals. The aim of this study is to assess teachers' attitudes toward creating a learning organization at Semnan City educational system. The research methodology is descriptive and the statistical population comprises all teachers of Semnan City educational system. A sample of 313 teachers was randomly selected. A researcher's made questionnaire was used for collecting data, and for data analysis descriptive statistics (prequncy, percentage table) and inference statistics (T- test and Factorial analysis) were used. The findings revealed that the educational system has suitable cultural in frastructure whit respect to conversion into a TEAMING organization but lacked physical infrastructure and suitable educational facilities. Besides, educational employees in terms of Peter Sange three principles of personal mastery, team learning and mental models are at desirable condition whereas they fall short of a desirable. Start reqarding the two principles of systematic thinking and shared visions.

Abstract: 

The research analyzed the land tenure system among rice farmers in Awe Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, Nigeria. Two hundred and forty (240) farmers were sampled by a multi stage sampling procedure and used as respondents for the study. Well-structured questionnaires were used for data collection.The main means of data analysis were percentages and correlation. Findings revealed that 46.7 percent of the respondents were within the age range of 31-40 years. Majority (77.9%) of the respondents were married and full time farmers. The predominant system of land ownership among the respondents was by inheritance. Land fragmentation was perceived to be the major constraints to land ownership in the study area. The results further showed that farm size correlated positively and significantly with annual income (r=0.519, p<0.001) and the yield significantly and positively correlated with marital status (r=0.243, p<0.001), annual income (r=0.604, p<0.001) and farm size (r=0.727, p<0.001). The problems of land tenure system that affects rice production as revealed by the study were Land fragmentation, Excessive land ownership, Land litigation and Expropriation. The study recommended that legislation given rice farmers title to land should be enforced by government in consideration of the fact that rice production need to improve to meet the demand of the TEAMING populace in the study area.

Abstract: 

In the qualitative section based on the data theory approach of the foundation and in-depth semi-structured interviews from the sample of the study, 17 scientific and organizational experts were selected through theoretical sampling. Then coding was done and identifying dimensions, main categories and subcategories and concepts related to each code were obtained and finally fitting the research paradigm model using quantitative data collected through questionnaire. 200 patients were selected by simple random sampling. The qualitative results of the study revealed 11 main categories and 32 subcategories and 175 concepts that were in the framework of organizational empathy paradigm including: causal conditions (organizational factors: organizational climate, organizational structure, collaborative organizational culture, organizational goals, organizational justice, environmental factors: External organizational environment, Internal organizational environment, Individual factors: Demographic characteristics, Personality traits, Interventional factors (Burnout: Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization of personality, Decreasing personal competence, Management factors: Ineffective management, Organizational apathy), contextual factors (motivational and supportive factors: managerial support, performance appraisal system, job factors: solely B. Person-Occupation, Job Characteristics), Strategies (Improving Organizational Processes: Trust in the Organization, Effective TEAMING, Effective Organizational Leadership: Effective Management, Empathy Training, Career Development), and Outcomes (Organizational Productivity: Communication Effectiveness, Organizational Effectiveness, Conflict, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Creativity and Innovation, Organizational Commitment, Individual Development: Job Development, Individual Well-being, Individual Performance, There was little indication that the data fit the model well and confirmed the hypotheses derived from the model.

Abstract: 

Ascariasis is a common worm infestation in developing and under-developed countries. It is caused by the ingestion of food contaminated with Ascaris eggs from faeces and is more common in places with poor sanitation. Almost 25% of the world population is infested by Ascaris lumbricoides. Although ascariasis is a chronic disease, it can present as acute abdomen rarely. The wandering nature of Ascaris in and out of the bowel causes various abdominal complications such as intestinal obstruction, perforation, biliary ascariasis, pancreatic ascariasis, liver abscess, appendicitis, and Meckel’ s diverticulitis. Intestinal obstruction is the most common complication seen in children and is usually due to mechanical bowel obstruction, volvulus or intussusception. Mechanical obstruction by a bolus of worms is the most common cause of bowel obstruction. Perforation of bowel is rarely reported and it usually occurs in the diseased segment of bowel or following trauma. Perforation of an ileal volvulus secondary to ascariasis has been reported rarely. We present a 4-year-old boy who presented to the emergency room with features of bowel perforation and sepsis, after unsuccessful management for intestinal obstruction in another hospital. On laparotomy, the small bowel was TEAMING with Ascaris worms. Ileum showed a volvulus with closed loop obstruction and perforation. Peritoneal lavage with resection and ileostomy was done, which was closed at a later date. Anti-helminthic agents were started postoperatively and the boy recovered uneventfully.

Abstract: 

This research was conducted with the aim of improving managers' competency through specifying the factors of their competency. In order to find the right answer to the question of this research, a researcher-made questionnaire was devised including 137 items on the basis of a four-level necessity scale, i.e. lowest, relatively low, high, and highest, valued respectively as 1, 2, 3, and 4. The questionnaire was administered among 251 junior managers in Khorasan Razavi province. A number of 16-fold factors were analyzed through the Principal Component Analysis (PC) method using Varimax Rotation. Preliminary outcomes showed that correlation matrix determinant was 0.00007, a non-zero number, and KMO measure of sampling adequacy equaled 0.897; meanwhile, the result of Bartlett's Test of Sphericity with a value of 27272.971 was significant lower than 0.00001. Consequently, the managers' competency measurement scale was made out with 16 points which explained 60.2 percent of the variables variance. A collection of items, correlated with a factor in common, each composing a piece of test were listed as follows: 1. Understanding individual differences, 2. Change management, 3. Financial management, 4. TEAMING up, 5. Crisis management, 6. Understanding organizational mission, 7. Recognizing organizational realities, 8. Lifetime learning, 9. Human resources management, 10. Planning, 11. Participation, 12. Customer-centeredness, 13. Technical skills, 14. Perseverance, 15. Taking care of organizational interests, 16. Paying attention to challenging goals.These factors totally cover 60.2 percent of the competency variance.

Abstract: 

The war game is an applied discipline aimed at serious games, while being professionally distinguished from futures studies, has its own special requirements and scientific community. Alongside the distinction, similarity of the two disciplines is significant, especially by non-educational games at the political and strategic levels. The problem is that if the commonalities and areas of synergy between the two disciplines are not well understood, the futile competition between the experts of the two disciplines will increase. For this purpose, in addition to archival studies and holding focus group meetings consisting of wargaming, futures studies and strategic studies activists, qualitative content analysis was used to professionally infer the relationship between the two fields.It is possible to see the convergence of two disciplines in theoretical foundations, having common goals and areas of practical synergy, as well as the possibility of synergy in the field of method. These two have practical synergy with each other in cultivating agile thinkers and decision makers, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary TEAMING, seeking participation from divergent thoughts, problem-oriented environment analysis, knowledge sharing, and upskilling in methods and technics. In the future, it is necessary to examine more closely the relationship between the scientific and administrative processes of the two fields for the educational and research synergy between the scientific centers of war games and futures, as well as the development of common tools and systems, which is reflected in the development of the idea of “futures lab”.

Abstract: 

Iran is a varied country in terms of tribe. The differentiating features are mostly based on the language and religion of each tribe.Their occupancy is mostly in the border lines next to the neighborhood country with which they share a common language. This feature could prepare a ground for tribe crisis. The tribe differences with majority of population of a country effects on the security of a country, and creates TEAMING or various identities. On the other hand, the tactical use of tribes has been focused in International Communication Studies.The opponents are attempting to face Iran in the framework of software war, and making use of Iranian tribes. Hence, the result of recent study that is based on documentary and library studies is premised that hardware conflicts with these tribes increases their political and economical privation. This issue debilitates the satisfaction, sensitivity, political participation of tribes, politicizing ability of government in terms of cooperation, collaboration, and unification as well as national identity. Compelete awareness of the reasons and cases that cause challenge in the relations of Iranian tribes could lead to assume some practical and effective solutions. The central government should appoint special policies (the model of unity in majority) to attract tribes for national participation that empowers their national identity.Baloch tribe is the major tribe of the eastern region of Iran (Khorasan Razavi.Khorasan Jonobi, Sistan-Balochestan) that its sequel spreads out of the country. This tribe was less involved in major involvement of the country as the result of its special tribe, religion and distance from the capital of Iran. This lack of participation has effected on the convergence of the tribe. Finally, some suggestions are provided from political, social, and cultural aspects.
