Abstract

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between MANAGERIAL skills and GROUP EFFECTIVENESS in subordinate offices in Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare in Sanandaj city. The research method was correlation survey. The statistical population included all the Cooperative organizations, Labour and Social Welfare and subsidiary organizations in Sanandaj city. Using Cochrane formula 244 people through sample ratio stratified random sampling were chosen as the sample size. To gather the data two researcher made questionnaires were used (MANAGERIAL skills and GROUP EFFECTIVENESS). To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics the SPSS software, for model fitting and structural equations the LISREL software were used. The results showed that there was a positive significant relationship between the MANAGERIAL skill and COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP, TEAMING and decision-making with GROUP EFFECTIVENESS.
