Abstract:

Problem statement: Mobile Ta’ ziyeh is regarded as one of the kinds of traditional Iranian theatre in which the scenes are performed not in a permanent place, but on a certain path. The present study aims to investigate how the discourse of Ta’ ziyeh is formed in connection with the displacement of spatial boundaries and how this displacement emerges as a process that turns Ta’ ziyeh into a performance with transformative function. In the current article, the interaction between the discourse of Ziaber Mobile Ta’ ziyeh (case study) and the discourse of the city is studied. Also, the effects of performing Ta’ ziyeh on the urban areas of Ziaber are investigated semiotically. Research objectives: The main purpose of this article is to identify the semiotic aspects of mobility in the Ta’ ziyeh and its function in the transformation of urban places and spaces. Research method: The present article has been conducted through a qualitative method based on the Paris school semiotics. The research approach is derived from post-Gremassian tradition and is the result of the transition from structuralist and classical semiotics to semiotics based on “ body” , “ perception” and “ presence” with a phenomenological background. Conclusion: The course of Ta’ ziyeh Ziaber is formed by joining the three main locations of this city (cemetery, the main street, and house of Ayatollah Ziaberi). By examining the mobile nature of this Ta’ ziyeh, it becomes clear how the mentioned places became narrative and move away from their previous functions and roles so that this cause transforms of places, spaces and also the transcendence of the city during the performance of Ta’ ziyeh.

Abstract:

‘Ta‘vil, (Hermeneutics) has long been one of the widely-debated terminologies particularly in the field  of Quranic research. Drawing upon  the earliest lexicographical documents,  the author argues that the term was originally used to mean, changing from potentiality to practice. Sinc this sens of ‘ta‘vil, goes and collocates with ‘Beginning’ ‘End, "Ultimate goal",  and‘ inward nature, the term has gradually acguired these meanings as well. Then, attempts are made to show how the frequent applications of ta’vil, in the Holy Quran (17 times) go with the original sense of the key word. Towards the end of the paper, the hermeneutics of Quran is discussed vis ―a― vis its being sent down ; the latter has a descending dirction whereas the former has got an ascending movement. Hence, hermeneutics facilitates mans journey from the explicit structural meaning of the Quran to its inward and superior word. For economy reasons , the author has deliberately skipped the other scholars’ views on this issue.

Abstract:

Phosphor is one of the most important element in wheat. It has crucial role in yield production and transfer energy process. Therefore, supplying of phosphors in order to yield consistency is necessarily. In order to investigate the effect of using phosphor and nitrogen fertilizer on Ta-PHR1 and Ta-PHO2 gene expiration as well as yield and related traits, experiment carried out by using factorial split plot format in randomized complete block design with three replications. Main plot was included factorial combination of two level of nitrogen fertilizer (0 and 150kg/ha) and two level of phosphor fertilizer (0 and 100kg/ha), sub plot was included four wheat genotypes (Morvarid variety and N80-19, T-67-60, T-65-7-1 promising lines). The yield and related traits were measured at final stage of maturity and gene expression was assessed at grain filing stage. The results showed the most yield and most related traits (distance between node, spike length, shoot length, fertile tiller number, total tiller number, seed number, seed diameter, seed length, 1000 seed weight) were reached at using both nitrogen and phosphor treatment. Also, Morvarid variety and N80-19 line have more yield in both combined treatment (using both nitrogen and phosphor fertilizer) and in control condition (using no fertilizer). The most gene expression of Ta-PHR1 was assessed on Morvarid variety and T-65-7-1 line respectively. Also, usage of fertilizer had positive and significant effect on all studied traits except seed diameter.

Abstract:

An easy and rapid microwave-assisted green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was carried out using aqueous bark extract of arjuna and their antibacterial and anti-biofilm potential was investigated. In the field of medicine, nanomedicines are gaining importance throughout the world for the treatment of different diseases. The AgNPs were characterized by various techniques. The FTIR data revealed the presence of plant organic constituents and metabolites bound to TA-AgNPs, which contributes for their stability. To elucidate the antibacterial efficacy and biofilm inhibition of Ta-AgNps against multidrug-resistant. Pathogenic E. coli harbouring the ESBLs. Treatment of TA-AgNps inhibited the growth of human pathogenic (both gram positive and gram negative) bacterial strains including Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Salmonella typhimurium (ATCC 14028), Proteus mirabilis (ATCC 35659), Acinetobacter baumannii (ATCC 19606) and Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA). Further, the clinical isolates of E. coli that are resistant and susceptible to antibiotics are utilized to test the efficacy of TA-AgNps. In E. coli, ESBLS are responsible for antibiotic resistance. Among, ESBLs CTXM-15 encoding gene is more prevalent in South India. Moreover, docking study with T. arjuna phytochemical constituents confirmed that the phytochemical constituents present in TA-AgNPs interacted well with CTXM-15 and highest interaction was observed with tannic acid. Hence the expression of gene encoding CTXM-15 was screened in clinical isolates. Interestingly, the expression of CTXM15 was not observed in samples treated with TA-AgNps. The results suggested that AgNPs of Terminalia arjuna bark extract can be used to control multidrug-resistant E. coli to prevent the antibiotic resistance. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempted study to show the effectiveness of Ta-AgNps against multidrug-resistant E. coli harbouring CTXM-15.

Abstract:

This article is an attempt to confirm what Leon Robin, the well- known Platonist, asserts that Plato believes in relevance between tamathematica and the soul. That is, it tries to prove that tamathematica and the soul that permeated throughout the world are the same, as he considered the Ideas as identical with the numbers. Thus as it is not unlikely to consider the Ideas and numbers as the same so there is no logical unlikely in this case as well. For, both of them are in line with the same idea which is based on the impact of Pythagorean teachings upon Plato's thought. Moreover, we will come to know that ta mathematica are not something separate from the sensible world and the world of Ideas. The method of this work is based on using the well-known teachings of Plato, including the theory of the Ideal numbers, the doctrine of participation, the place of the soul in the world, the situation of middle affairs or ta mathematician the world and Platonic oneness of being. Meanwhile, references have been given to Plato's words and some of his early and later commentators to confirm the main theme of this article.

Abstract:

Ta’, zirs are punishments and penalties which are less severe than Hadd. There are 70 causes and 31 forms of Ta’, zir mentioned in Islamic narrations and regarded as ‘, Mnsus (narrated) Ta’, zirs’, . However, there are drawbacks to the legitimization of these causes and forms of Ta’, zir: not all ‘, narrated causes’,are necessary to be criminalized, nor the ‘, narrated forms’,could get in the way of using other none-narrated, but reasonable, forms of punishment which are less severe than Hadd. The legitimate government of the Islamic society is in charge of Ta’, zier,it could define its causes and forms, and as the common good calls, it could criminalize or decriminalize the narrated causes and it could penalize the criminals according to the narrated forms or otherwise. The legislator should not be restricted to narrated Ta’, zirs. Regarding the criminalization and the penalties of crimes other than Hadd, he should rather drop the narrated Ta’, zirs and turn to a more common-sense approach.

Abstract:

Protecting and spreading religious beliefs is an ultimate goal of performing Ta’, ziye (in remembrance of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein and his companions) in Iran, a ritual that includes several other structural elements, including music. In existing researches on the subject, influenced by the above approach, none has considered the use of music essential for this ritual and its participants. The current paper tries to study the purpose of using music during Ta’, ziye and its impact on the people participating in this ritual. The concept of function as proposed in the basics of ethnomusicology has formed a theoretical framework for this study. As such, the data was collected through a field study and library sources and assessed using the content analysis method. The findings show that all functions of music mentioned by Merriam applied to Ta’, ziye. The findings further suggest that the use of music by an individual or group may act contrary to the actual musical functions of that activity. In this article, Khansar Qudjā, n Ta’, ziye has been taken as a case study to show functions and dysfunctions of music during this religious event.

Abstract:

In order for an act to be recognized as a crime, its necessary explicitly to be mentioned criminalization and punishment in a legal article so that the people's task is clear. However, sometimes the legislature uses criminal referral for certain reasons and to determine the punishment, refers to the punishment of another crime. This method of determining punishment, although in Ta’ azirats, due to government requirements, it is somewhat acceptable, but in remittance to the punishment of Haad hesitates persons, that is the subject of this article. In this regard, this article with a descriptive-analytical method, has examined possibility of referraling some actions with the intention of overthrowing the regime or confronting the government to Haad punishment and in the end this result was achieved that criminal referral to Haad punishment is some extent against the grounds of criminalization of Haad crimes, criminal law principles and jurisprudential rules. Therefore, it is necessary, separately, the legislature should anticipate these acts in the form of Ta’ azirats offenses.

Abstract:

As to causes of civil responsibility, ta,addi or tafrit are mentioned as independent causes. Article 493 civil code of Iran, about rent and also art. 1238, about the responsibility of guardian, seem to say that the liability of guardian and lessee is absolute and need not to proof the causality relation when they are acting in such a manner of ta,addi or tafrit. A lot of jurists and Islamic juristconsult have tendency to this viewpoint. This essay believes that such viewpoint is not consistent with the legal principles and justice rules. So this article prefers the interpretation which requires the existence of causality requirement. Such liabilities need proof of causality relationship.
