Background: School, as a reliable place in student's education, has an important role in training. If health principles do not comply with in schools, students may be suffering from infectious diseases. Health trainer can be effective in improving school health. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of health trainer on environmental health level of schools in Bushehr province.Material and Methods This study was a descriptive - analytic study. A total of 20 samples were selected from each of the elementary schools have and not have health trainer using the method of stratified random sampling in the Bushehr province in the year 91-92. Data collected by researcher direct observation and using an assessment form of school environmental health contains 30 questions in 9 different sections. The statistical method used to analyze and test questions in this study were the chi square and Fisher exact test.Results: Based on findings of this research, between the environment health situation in schools with and without health trainer in 19 cases of health variables the significant difference was observed. The statistical analysis showed significant differences between health status of toilets (p<0.005), drinking water taps and buffet (p<0.001), yard and corridors (p<0.01), and solid waste disposal (p<0.025) in schools with and without health trainer in the year 91-92.Conclusion: Overall, the results indicate that the presence of health trainers in schools can lead to improved health status of the school. The schools without health trainer had very poor health status; this issue required further try of concerned authorities to employee health trainers in schools.

Cancer is one of the causes of death in the world. Several treatment methods exist against cancer cells such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Since traditional methods have side effects on normal cells and are expensive, identification and developing a new method to cancer therapy is very important. Antimicrobial peptides, present in a wide variety of organisms, such as plants, amphibians and mammals, are newly discovered agents. These peptides have various structures, sizes and molecular compositions; hence developing a computational method to predict these anticancer peptides is useful. In the present study, first, 2 databases with 138 and 206 anticancer and non-anticancer peptides were introduced, classified by trainer. trainer (http: //www.baskent.edu.tr/ ~hogul/trainer/) is a new online tool designed for classification of any alphabet of sequences.trainer allows users to select from among several feature representation schemes and supervised machine learning methods with relevant parameters. In this study, Naive Bayes and radial basis were used in a support vector machine. The accuracy and specificity in combination of features by Naive Bayes were 83% and by radial basis 87% and 92% respectively. The results demonstrate that two methods are useful for classification of these peptides; however, the accuracy of Radial Basis is higher than Naive Bayes.

A lot of time is spent on exercising the body parts while the lips are neglected, despite the evidence on the wide-ranging effects of lips on overall health and quality of life. Oral rehabilitation by Patakara lip muscle trainer leads to a strong lip closure which can stand as the first-line defense mechanism against many oral dysfunctions related to aging. In the absence of a narrative review presented on this trainer, this paper focuses on the components, instructions for use, and oral health indications of the Patakara lip muscle trainer. This trainer could enhance many oral dysfunctions in the elderly as oral breathing, snoring, halitosis, dry mouth, and oral/ gastrointestinal dysfunction, but future studies are needed in this field.

One of the most important topics in the field of educational sciences is the trainer’ s being a role model for the trainee. In general, if we categorize the whole Islamic issues into the three areas of beliefs, morality and prescripts, a look at the holy Quran and the teachings of the Infallibles will reveal that these three areas are so closely interrelated that one cannot exist without the other, and an individual who is faithful to only one of the three can be not only a role model teacher, but an example of a perfect and successful human being. An important part of the verses of the holy Quran deal with these three areas, which are also regarded as the realms of faith and the practice of righteousness, and they have long been the subject of debate among Muslim scholars. In this article, we have dealt with the most important features of role model teacher aiming to explain the approach of explaining the role model teacher as a Quranic trainer based on Quranic verses and narrations and referring to commentary and hadith sources. The result of this study is that the role model of a perfect Islamic trainer can be realized only if the teacher always considers the three angles of the triangle of religion, i. e. ma’ refah (spiritual knowledge), Shari'ah and morality, and believes that disregarding any one of these three does not make him/her suitable for a perfect role model trainer, and consequently his teachings will not produce sufficient outcome for the trainees.

Development of technical education and professional trainers under the influence of applicant’ s demand as well as changes that have occurred in the labor market, has grown significantly. The purpose of this paper a model for the development of technical vocational training trainer in the Mazandaran province. Research tool based on mixed (exploration) were performed. The population of skilled experts in the qualitative and quantitative phase of technical education and vocational training were administered. The sample size in qualitative and quantitative phase respectively 25 and 136 people. Qualitative research and quantitative content analysis it conducted a survey to collect information tools included in Quantitative respectively structured interviews and questionnaires. Results showed that the development educators qualitative dimensions of education (pedagogical), technical, ethical and organizational showed little overall development status of trainers are higher than average.

Background: In Iran, despite various attempts to increase recruitment of female blood donors, women include less than 10% of the blood donors. Methods: The purpose of the study was to evaluate impact of face to face education via Train-the-trainer (TTT) model on people’ s willingness to donate blood specially women. A field trial study was designed based on face to face educational plan for population in 22 municipally regions of Tehran (capital of Iran). The time of Study in trial 1 was between February 2010 and March 2010 and in Trial 2 was between February 2010 and March 2011. Results: Total number of volunteers in trial 2 was 9178 cases including 2785 females and 6393 males compared with 4074 cases including 454 females and 3620 males in trial 1. Female/male ratio in trials 1 and 2 were 0. 13 and 0. 44, respectively, (p< 0. 001). Of the 4074 donors, 24% (981/4074) in trial one and of the 9178 donors, 29% (2693/9178) in trial two were deferred, p<0. 001. The most common cause of deferral donors in trial 1 and 2 were secondary erythrocytosis, 20% (197/982) and anemia, 21. 5% (581/2693), respectively. Conclusions: Overall, the face to face education is an appropriate method for safe blood donor motivation and recruitment.
