Abstract: 

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH IS TO COMPARING THE EFFECT OF TRIGGERS AND REWARDS ON ATTRACT AND RETAIN HUMAN RESOURCES THAT MASLOW THEORY IS USED TO MEASURING THE TRIGGERS. TRIGGERS ARE DIVIDED INTO FOUR GROUPS INCLUDING JOB SECURITY, RESPECT, PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT AND MATERIAL INCENTIVES. POPULATION OF THIS RESEARCH INCLUDES SOCIAL SECURITY ORGANIZATION OF TEHRAN. A SELF-MADE QUESTIONER IS USED TO GATHERING THE DATA THAT ITS VALIDITY IS CONFIRMED BY EXPERTS AND CALCULATED CRONBACH’S ALPHA OBTAINED 0.812. ACCORDING TO COCHRAN METHOD THAT IS USED FOR SAMPLING 313 ONES ARE SELECTED AS SAMPLE SIZE. DATA ANALYZE IS DONE BY SPSSV21. RESULTS SHOW THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT AND POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STAFF PERFORMANCE AND JOB SECURITY, RESPECT, PERSONAL FULFILLMENT AND MANAGEMENT RESEARCH.LACK OF ALTERNATE MOVEMENT OF WORKERS, CREATING AN ATMOSPHERE OF MUTUAL RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE, PAY ATTENTION TO THE PHYSIOLOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF EMPLOYEES AND PROPER USE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVES ARE CONSIDERED AS INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF STAFF FACTORS.

THE CHI ENERGY INFLUENCES YOUR MOODS, EMOTIONS, PHYSICAL ENERGY AND OVERTIMES YOUR HEALTH. CHI ENERGY IS CARRIED THROUGH THE ENVIRONMENT BY WIND, WATER, THE SUNS SOLAR ENERGY, LIGHT AND SOUND. WE USED THE BASIC AIM OF FENG SHUI THAT IS ENABLING THEM TO POSITION THEIR SELF WHERE THIS NATURAL FLOW OF CHI ENERGY HELPS THEM TO REALIZE THEIR GOALS AND DREAMS IN LIFE. NOWADAYS THE LAWS OF ENVIRONMENT FORCE TO COMPANIES TO REFINE OR EXPULSION THESE WASTES IN ORDER TO PREVENT OR MINIMIZING THE DANGERS OF THAT. ONE OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL METHODS IN REFINING THE WASTE WATER THAT HAD BEEN DONE IN CANADA IS MEMBRANE METHOD.AS A MATTER OF FACT, IRAN IS ONE OF THE BASIC PRODUCTIONS OF OIL IN THE WORLD THAT ALWAYS FORCE WITH THE PROBLEMS OF PRODUCING WATER. IN THIS PROJECT THE RESULT OF EXPERIMENT OF PRODUCED WATER WITH OIL IN SEVERAL OIL FIELD IN IRAN HAVE BEEN PRESENTED AND IN COMPARISON OF THE TYPE & DEAL OF MATERIAL IN CANADA, WE RECEIVED TO THIS CONCLUSION THAT WITH THE USE OF MEMBRANE METHOD WE CAN OBSERVED DECREASING OF THAT IN A HUGE AMOUNT.

Abstract: 

TWO COMBINED PROCESSES WERE STUDIED IN ORDER TO PRODUCE SECOND GENERATION BIOFUELS: MICROALGAE BIOMASS PRODUCTION AND ITS FURTHER USE TO PRODUCE BIOGAS. TWO 5 L PHOTO BIOREACTORS FOR TREATING WASTEWATER FROM A POTATO PROCESSING INDUSTRY (FROM NOW ON RPP) AND FROM A TREATED LIQUID FRACTION OF PIG MANURE (FROM NOW ON RTE) WERE INOCULATED WITH CHLORELLA SOROKINIANA AND AEROBIC BACTERIA AT 24 ± 2.7 OC AND 6000 LUX FOR 12 H PER DAY OF LIGHT SUPPLY. THE MAXIMUM BIOMASS GROWTH WAS OBTAINED FOR RTE WASTEWATER, WITH 26.30 MG DRY WEIGHT L_1D_1. REGARDING MACROMOLECULAR COMPOSITION OF COLLECTED BIOMASS, LIPID CONCENTRATION REACHED 30.20% IN RPP AND 4.30% IN RTE. ANAEROBIC DIGESTION RESULTS SHOWED THAT METHANE YIELD WAS HIGHLY INFLUENCED BY SUBSTRATE/INOCULUM RATIO AND BY LIPIDS CONCENTRATION OF THE BIOMASS, WITH A MAXIMUM M`ETHANE YIELD OF 518 ML CH4 G COD_1 ADDED USING BIOMASS WITH A LIPID CONTENT OF 30% AND A SUBSTRATE/INOCULUM RATIO OF 0.5.

Abstract: 

PALYTOXIN (PTX) IS A POTENT MARINE TOXIN THAT PRODUCED BY ZOANTHIDS IN CORAL ISLANDS OF THE PERSIAN GULF. THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY WAS TO COLLECT MORE INFORMATION ON ZOANTHUS SANSIBARICUS TOXICITY AS THE DOMINANT SPECIES OF HORMUZ ISLAND AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF EXPOSURE TO PTX ON ASSOCIATED COMMUNITIES WITH IT. HENCE, ZOANTHID COLONIES WERE COLLECTED DURING REEF WALK AT LOW TIDE IN APRIL 2016. ALSO, AMONG ASSOCIATED COMMUNITIES, SNAILS WERE COLLECTED FROM THE ROCK FOR EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSE AS THEY ARE VERY ABUNDANT ON AND AROUND HORMUZ ISLAND REEF. IN THIS MODEL FOR EACH TRANSECT, 36 SNAILS WERE DIVIDED INTO 4 SET, EACH SET HAD 3 REPLICATES AND WORKING MUCUS SOLUTION, AS PTX EXIST IN THE MUCUS OF ZOANTHIDS, WAS INJECTED IN 2 DIFFERENT DOSES. RESULTS SHOWED THAT NO SNAILS WERE DEAD DURING THE STUDY PERIOD. HOWEVER, CALCULATION OF DARA INDEX (DI) WAS INDICATED PTX ACCUMULATION IN HIGH TOXIN CONCENTRATIONS IN SNAIL’S FOOT AND THUS SNAIL CAN BE INTRODUCED AS AN INDICATOR OF ECOTOXICITY CONDITIONS.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO EMPHASIZE ON INCLUDING TECHNOLOGY AND NEW TRENDS IN EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS IN WHICH STUDENTS LEARN FASTER AND EASIER THAN BEFORE AND MAKE STUDENTS WILLING TO LEARN THE LITERATURE TOO. THUS, BASED ON THIS STUDY IT WOULD BE DISCUSSED HOW TEACHERS CAN MAKE ENGLISH TEACHING AND LEARNING MORE ENJOYABLE THROUGH ENJOYMENT AVAILABLE. TO THIS END, 60 TERTIARY AVAILABLE (EFL) STUDENTS, (FEMALES) WERE SELECTED IN BANDAR ABBAS CITY. THEIR CLOSE HOMOGENEITY WAS CONFIRMED BY A GRE (GRADUATED RECORDS EXAMINATION). THEN, THE STUDENTS WERE RANDOMLY ASSIGNED TO ONE EXPERIMENTAL GROUP AND ONE CONTROL GROUP; EACH CONSISTING OF 30 STUDENTS. A STANDARD GRE TEST AND ACHIEVEMENT LETTER WRITING TESTS WERE THE INSTRUMENTS OF THE STUDY. A COURSE OF 12 SESSIONS OF INSTRUCTION CONDUCTED FOR CONTROL AND EXPERIMENTAL GROUPS USING THE INTENDED METHOD OF TEACHING. FINALLY, THE PAPER ARGUES WHY E-LEARNING IS SO IMPORTANT TO THE FUTURE OF OUR GLOBAL SOCIETY.

ONE OF THE MAIN ISSUES OF SECONDARY USERS IN COGNITIVE RADIO NETWORKS IS TO INCREASE TRANSMISSION TIME AND TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF SWITCHING DURING TRANSMISSION. WHEN THE CHANNEL IS IDLE, SECONDARY USER START TRANSMISSION IN OVERLAY MODE, WHEN THE CHANNEL IS PREDICTED TO BE BUSY, IT CAN ADJUST ITS TRANSMISSION POWER AND CONTINUE IN UNDERLAY TRANSMISSION MODE, WITHOUT SWITCHING TO ANOTHER CHANNEL. IN THIS MODE OPTIMUM POWER BUDGET IS OBTAINED USING MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION WITH EVOLUTIONARY ALGORITHM. THROUGH SIMULATION WE COMPARE THE PERFORMANCE OF OVERLAY, UNDERLAY AND HYBRID MODE, AND SHOW THAT THE HYBRID METHOD WITH PREDICTION COULD PROVIDE BETTER SYSTEM UTILITY.

BIODIESEL IS A RENEWABLE FUEL CONSISTING OF MONO ALKYL ESTERS OF LONG CHAIN FATTY ACIDS, GENERALLY DERIVED FROM VEGETABLE OILS, ANIMAL FATS AND ALGAL OILS BY TRANS ESTERIFICATION REACTION. HETEROGENEOUS CATALYTIC TRANS ESTERIFICATION REACTION IS MOSTLY UTILIZED TO PRODUCE BIODIESEL BECAUSE OF MANY ADVANTAGES SUCH AS REUSABILITY OF CATALYST, EASY SEPARATION OF BIODIESEL FROM GLYCEROL, SIMPLE PURIFICATION STEPS AND COST EFFECTIVE. DUE TO IMMISCIBILITY OF OIL AND ALCOHOL, CHOOSING APPROPRIATE TRANS ESTERIFICATION METHOD FOR BIODIESEL PRODUCTION RECEIVED MORE ATTENTION IN RECENT YEARS. ULTRASOUND ASSISTED METHOD IS ONE OF THE PROMISING ONES. THIS ARTICLE ATTEMPTS TO REVIEW ULTRASOUND-ASSISTED TECHNOLOGY FOR BIODIESEL PRODUCTION USING DIFFERENT HETEROGENEOUS CATALYSTS. ULTRASOUND IRRADIATION CAUSES THE FORMATION OF EMULSION PHASE BETWEEN OIL AND ALCOHOL. USING ULTRASOUND SUCCESSFULLY CAUSES THE CONVERSION GROWTH, YIELD IMPROVEMENT, CHANGING THE REACTION PATHWAY, INCREASES THE INTERFACIAL AREA AND CONSEQUENTLY HIGH YIELD OF BIODIESEL PRODUCTION WAS ACHIEVED IN A SHORT REACTION TIME, LOW TEMPERATURE AND LESS AMOUNTS OF CATALYST AND ALCOHOL.

Abstract:

THE SYNTHESIZED NANO-SCALE POWDER INVESTIGATED BY FIELD-EMISSION SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (FESEM), X-RAY DIFFRACTION (XRD) AND ENERGY DEPRESSIVE X-RAY (EDX OR EDS). THE OBSERVATION SHOWED THE EXISTENCE OF VARIOUS COMPOUND IN SAMPLES SUCH AS FE2O3, FE3O4, MNFE2O4, MN2O3, MN3O4 AND THE CRYSTALS SIZE WAS RANGE BETWEEN 20-30 NANOMETERS WITH SPHERICAL MORPHOLOGY. SUBSEQUENTLY THE RESULTS OF SURVEYS SHOWED THAT THE SUITABLE TIME AND TEMPERATURE OF CALCINATION PROCESS TO OBTAIN THE BEST STRUCTURES OF FE-MN MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES IN THIS RESEARCH WAS IN 1 HOUR AND 700OC.
