Abstract: 

MANY ATTEMPTS HAVE BEEN DONE TO DELAY THE TRANSITION PROCESS OF BOUNDARY LAYER FLOW. IN THIS STUDY, THE EFFECT OF DISCRETE ROUGHNESS ELEMENTS ON THE DELAY OF THE TRANSITION OF THE BOUNDARY LAYER ON A FLAT PLATE IS INVESTIGATED EMPIRICALLY. IF THE HEIGHT OF THE DISCRETE ROUGHNESS ELEMENTS IS LESS THAN HALF OF THE THICKNESS OF THE BOUNDARY LAYER AT THE INSTALLATION SITE; THE TRANSITION FROM THE LAMINAR TO THE TURBULENT REGIME IS DELAYED. IN THE PRESENT WORK, HEMISPHERE ROUGHNESS ELEMENTS WERE PLACED ON A FLAT PLATE TO EXAMINE THEIR EFFECT ON DELAYING THE TRANSITION PROCESS. EXPERIMENTS WERE CARRIED OUT AT A SPEED OF 4.5 M / S AND AT TWO DISTANCES OF 45.8 AND 58.5 CM FROM THE LEADING EDGE OF THE FLAT PLATE IN THE WIND TUNNEL OF SHIRAZ UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY. THE MEASUREMENTS WERE CARRIED OUT ONCE WITHOUT ELEMENTS AND AGAIN BY PLACING THE ELEMENTS ON A FLAT PLATE. THESE ELEMENTS ARE PLACED IN A ROW ON THE SCREEN. BASED ON THE RESULTS, WITH THE PRESENCE OF ELEMENTS, THE SLOPE OF THE PROFILE IS SLOWER, INDICATING THE DELAY OF THE BOUNDARY LAYER TRANSITION.

Abstract: 

ROTATING DISKS ARE WIDELY USED IN VARIOUS INDUSTRIES, SUCH AS AEROSPACE, AUTOMOTIVE, POWER PLANTS AND MARINE. THESE DISKS ARE UNDER MECHANICAL AND THERMAL LOADS. IN THIS STUDY, THREE DIFFERENT METHODS OF GALERKIN METHODS HAVE BEEN USED TO CALCULATE THE DISPLACEMENT VALUES AND STRESSES AND STRAINS OF A ROTATING DISK OF FUNCTIONAL GRADING MATERIAL (FGM). THESE THREE METHODS ARE CALLED GALERKIN WITH TWO SHAPE FUNCTION OR LINEAR, THE GALERKIN LAGRANGE AND HERMITE. DISK PROPERTIES CHANGE IN A CERTAIN FUNCTION WITH RADIUS. THE MECHANICAL LOADING CONDITIONS ARE DUE TO THE TIME OF THE DISK ITSELF AND THE THERMAL STRESS CAUSED BY THE TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE. IN THIS PAPER, WE COMPARE THE THREE APPLICATION METHODS OF GALERKIN IN PROBLEM SOLVING AND THEIR ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES ARE EXPRESSED. ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF THE HERMITE ELEMENTALIZATION, DUE TO THE USE OF FOUR FUNCTION FUNCTIONS, THE TWO OF WHICH ARE DEFINED ON THE DERIVATIVE OF THE DISPLACEMENT TO THE RADIUS, THERE IS A HIGHER CONTINUITY AND ACCURACY THAN THE OTHER TWO METHODS.

CLOUD COMPUTING IN RELATION TO YOUR SOFTWARE IS STILL IN ITS INFANCY. WHEN RESOURCES ARE NOT IN USE, THE TOTAL COST OF GOING TO THE CLOUD IS ALMOST ZERO. SO IT'S NO SURPRISE THAT SCIENTIFIC AND INDUSTRY RESEARCH IS MOVING TOWARD CLOUD COMPUTING. WHEN IT COMES TO DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS AND MULTI-AGENT APPLICATIONS IN CLOUD COMPUTING NETWORKS, SECURITY ISSUES ARE A MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENT. IN ORDER TO AVOID THESE CONCERNS, INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEMS AS WELL AS A SERIES OF SECURITY FRAMEWORKS HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED. IN THIS RESEARCH, WE TRY TO STUDY THE METHODS PRESENTED INTELLIGENTLY, INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEMS AND PROPOSED FRAMEWORKS IN THE CLOUD COMPUTING NETWORK.

Abstract: 

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO INVESTIGATE THE FLOW BEHAVIOR OF FLUID THROUGH EXPOSURE TO CONTINUOUS EXPANSIONS AND CONTRACTIONS IN A WATER-CONTAINING TUBE. IT IS USED IN PLUMBING AND WATER TRANSFER SYSTEMS TO CALCULATE THE PRESSURE DROP DUE TO EXPANSION IN THE PIPES AS WELL AS COOLING SYSTEMS. THE PRESENT ISSUE IS THE THERMAL ANALYSIS AND FLUID DYNAMICS OF THE FLOW OF WATER IN A TUBE WITH THREE STEPS OF EXPANSION AND CONTINUOUS SHRINKAGE WITH THE AIM OF STUDYING TEMPERATURE AND VELOCITY. EQUATIONS GOVERNING THE PROBLEM INCLUDE CONTINUITY, MOMENTUM, AND ENERGY, SOLVED FOR A SMOOTH FLOW OF STEADY-STATE UNDER CONDITIONS OF INCOMPRESSIBILITY AND CONSTANT FLUID PROPERTIES. FOR VELOCITY VALUES, THE CHANNEL VELOCITY INCREASES WITH INCREASING CHANNEL HEIGHT. THE REASON FOR THIS INCREASE IS DUE TO THE NARROWING OF THE AREA BETWEEN THE STAIRS AND THE PERFORMANCE SIMILAR TO THAT OF THE NOZZLE. IT CAN BE SEEN THAT AS THE STAIRS RISE, THE HEAT TRANSFER VALUES ARE REDUCED INITIALLY, AND THEN THEY REACH THEIR MAXIMUM VALUE, WHICH CAN OCCUR AT A RATIO OF 0.3. INCREASING THE LENGTH OF THE STAIRCASE CAUSES THE FLOW TO DEVELOP EXPONENTIALLY, BUT THE SHORTER LENGTHS OF THE STAIRS LEAD TO VARIATIONS IN THE VORTEX PATTERN, RESULTING IN HIGHER FLUID-CHANNEL INTERACTIONS AND HIGHER HEAT TRANSFER RATES.

Abstract: 

IN RECENT YEARS, WIRELESS LAN (WLAN) HAS GAINED POPULARITY IN A VARIETY OF LOCATIONS. THIS HAS LED TO DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH LEVEL SECURITY PROTOCOLS FOR WLAN. THE NEWEST PROTOCOL IEEE 802.11I RATIFIED TO PROVIDE STRONG DATA ENCRYPTION BUT IT CANNOT PREVENT DENIAL OF SERVICE (DOS) ATTACKS ON WLAN. THIS WORK IN A LINUX-BASED TESTBED, CONDUCTS AN EXPERIMENTAL FRAMEWORK TO IMPLEMENT AND QUANTIFY COMMON TYPES OF DOS ATTACKS AGAINST WLAN THROUGHPUT. THE RESULTS FROM IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EXPERIMENTS IN THE FRAMEWORK SHOW THAT HOW EASILY DOS ATTACKS CAN BE PERFORMED ON WLAN WHICH CAUSES TO REDUCE THROUGHPUT OF COMMUNICATION CONSIDERABLY TO MAKE INACCESSIBLE WIRELESS CONNECTION FOR ITS AUTHORIZED MEMBERS.

IN THIS PAPER, DIFFERENT SOLAR THERMAL DESALTING TECHNIQUES SUCH AS DIRECT AND INDIRECT METHODS AND DESALINATING WATER USING WIND, WAVE AND GEOTHERMAL ENERGY HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED. THE USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY IN WATER DESALINATION IS MUCH MORE COST EFFECTIVE THAN FOSSIL DESALINATION PLANTS, AS WELL AS FREE ENERGY AND A HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT.

IN THIS PAPER, A NOSE OF A FLYING VEHICLE WAS OPTIMIZED BY USING ADJOINT OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES AND DIRECT SEARCH. ADJOINT EQUATION AND DIRECT SEARCH TECHNIQUES, HAVE BEEN RECENTLY CONSIDERED FOR AERODYNAMIC OPTIMIZATION. THESE TECHNIQUES ARE BASED ON GRADIENT OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES. FOR FINDING OPTIMAL VALUES THERE IS NEED TO SENSITIVITY VALUES OF DESIGN VARIABLES. THE MAIN ADVANTAGE OF ADJOINT TECHNIQUE IS THAT, SENSITIVITY IS OBTAINED BY SOLVING AN ADDITIONAL EQUATION KNOWN AS THE "ADJOINT EQUATION" INSTEAD OF DIRECTLY CALCULATING THEM. THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY WAS MODELING THE FLOW AROUND A AXISYMMETRIC PROJECTILE, AND AERODYNAMIC OPTIMIZATION OF NOSE MINIMIZING AERODYNAMIC DRAG OF PROJECTILE. THE TURBULENCE OF THE FLOW AROUND THE PROJECTILE WAS SIMULATED USING THE SST K-W TECHNIQUE. THE RESULTS SHOWED A 1.5 %, 8.9%, 8.9% AND 8% REDUCTION IN THE AERODYNAMIC DRAG OF PROJECTILE USING AN ADJOINT, THE SIMPLEX DIRECT SEARCH, DIRECT TORCZON AND DIRECT SEARCH OF THE PROJECTILE ROSENBROCK TECHNIQUES RESPECTIVELY.

INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE: ASPERGILLUS REFERS TO A GENUS OF FUNGI WHICH HAS BEEN WIDELY USED IN INDUSTRY. SOME OF THE SPECIES OF THIS GENUS CAN CONTAMINATE AGRICULTURAL CROPS SUCH AS PISTACHIO AND CORN. IN ADDITION TO DESTRUCTIVE IMPACTS ON QUALITY OF THE AGRICULTURAL CROPS, THEY CAN RESULT IN POISONING AND CARCINOGENITY IN LIVING CREATURES INCLUDING HUMAN. RHIZOPUS BELONGS TO THE FAMILY OF OPPORTUNISTIC FUNGI AND IS CATEGORIZED IN ZYGOMYCETES BRANCH; THIS FUNGUS IS ALSO KNOWN AS BLACK BREAD MOLD. THE VEGETATIVE MYCELIUM OF THIS FUNGUS HAS A STRUCTURE CALLED SPORANGIOPHORE. AT THE END OF THE SPORANGIOPHORE, THERE IS A DOME-SHAPED BODY CALLED COLUMELLA. VESICLES ARE SITUATED AROUND THE COLUMELLA AND ARE CALLED SPORANGIUM. INSIDE THE SPORANGIUM HIGH NUMBERS OF SPORIA SPORANGIO SPORES CAN BE FOUND. THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO EXTRACT DNA OF LIPASE-PRODUCING ORYZAE SPECIES FROM NATURAL RESOURCES.MATERIALS AND METHODS: THE SAMPLES WERE CULTURED ON PDA. FOR ENZYME PRODUCTION, MINERAL CULTURE MEDIUM WAS USED FOR SOLID STATE FERMENTATION. THE IMPACT OF CARBON SOURCE, INITIAL PH AND INCUBATION TEMPERATURE ON ENZYME PRODUCTION WAS ALSO ADDRESSED. AFTER PREPARING SPORE SUSPENSION, SOLID STATE FERMENTATION WAS CARRIED OUT. THE ENZYMES WERE EXTRACTED AFTER FERMENTATION AND THEIR ENZYMIC ACTIVITIES WERE INVESTIGATED. THE SAMPLES’ DNA WAS EXTRACTED BYBOILING METHOD, AND THEIR SEQUENCE WAS DESIGNED BY SPECIFIC PRIMER. SEQUENCING WAS CARRIED OUT AFTER PCR.RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS: MOST OF RHIZOPUS ORYZAE GENUS SPECIES HAVE HIGH LIPASE ACTIVITY AND CAN PRODUCE LIPASE ENZYME. REGARDING ABUNDANCE OF THIS FUNGUS IN THE COUNTRY, IT CAN BE USED AS A SIGNIFICANT GENUS IN BIOTECHNOLOGICAL AND INDUSTRIAL ACTIVITIES. BASED ON PRESENT SCREENING, THE MAJORITY OF LOCAL SPECIES CAN PRODUCE LIPASE. RHIZOPUS DELEMAR STRAIN BVKT R1 AND 8 RHIZOPUS ORYZAE ISOLATE FPZSP368 HAVE HIGH LIPASE ACTIVITY AND CAN BE REGARDED AS PROMISING ISOLATES FOR PRODUCTION OF THIS ENZYME IN LARGE SCALES.

THE AIM OF THIS STUDY WAS TO "EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GROUP POSITIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY ON QUALITY OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE AND DISTRESS TOLERANCE IN WOMEN WITH CHRONIC PAIN". THE STATISTICAL POPULATION OF ALL WOMEN WITH CHRONIC PAIN REFERRING TO THE PARS ROYAL CLINIC OF TEHRAN CITY, THE STATISTICAL SAMPLE INCLUDED 30 WOMEN IN TWO GROUPS OF 15 AND A SAMPLING METHOD WAS AVAILABLE. THE RESEARCH TOOL WAS A QUESTIONNAIRE OF QUALITY OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE, TOLERANCE OF DISTRESS, AND POSITIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY PACKAGE. THE STATISTICAL METHODS OF DESCRIPTIVE AND INFERENTIAL STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF VARIANCE, INDEPENDENT T-TEST AND YUMANN WHITNEY WERE USED. THE FINDINGS OF THIS STUDY SHOWED THAT WITH POSITIVE EFFECT OF GROUP PSYCHOSOCIAL THERAPY, WITH REGARD TO THE EFFECT OF PRE AND POSTTEST, THREE VARIABLES OF QUALITY OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE AND TOLERANCE OF DISTRESS, POSITIVE AND SIGNIFICANT POSITIVE CORRELATION WERE REPORTED P<0.01. THE RESULTS OF THIS STUDY SHOWED THAT GROUP POSITIVE PSYCHOSOCIAL THERAPY HAD A POSITIVE EFFECT ON IMPROVING THEIR SYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITION BY IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE SCORES, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE AND DISTRESS TOLERANCE IN WOMEN WITH CHRONIC PAIN.

THE AIM OF THIS STUDY IS TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTS OF JIGSAW BASED ON COOPERATIVE LEARNING ON IRANIAN EFL LEARNERS’ ACQUISITION OF INFLECTIONAL MORPHEMES. THE PURPOSE OF THE PRESENT STUDY WAS TO INVESTIGATE THE EFFECT OF JIGSAW TASK AS A COOPERATIVE LEARNING TECHNIQUE ON ACQUISITION OF INFLECTIONAL MORPHEMES AMONG IRANIAN EFL LEARNERS. TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY, THREE INTACT GROUPS WERE RANDOMLY SELECTED AS EXPERIMENTAL GROUPS AND A CONTROL GROUP OF THE STUDY. READING COMPREHENSION TEST WAS ADMINISTERED AS THE PRETEST OF THE STUDY. AFTER THAT, THE EXPERIMENTAL GROUPS RECEIVED A SPECIAL TREATMENT OF TASK-BASED INSTRUCTION INCLUDING JIGSAW THE TASK AND COOPERATIVE LEARNING IN THE NEXT EXPERIMENTAL GROUP WHILE THE CONTROL GROUP RECEIVED TRADITIONAL MORPHEMS INSTRUCTIONS. THE TREATMENT LASTED 18 SESSIONS OR ABOUT THREE MONTHS. A PARALLEL TEST OF INFLECTIONAL MORPHEMES WAS ADMINISTERED AS THE POSTTEST OF THE STUDY. THE RESULTS OF THE PRETEST AND POSTTEST IN DATA ANALYSIS THROUGH STATISTICAL PROCEDURE OF ONE WAY ANCOVA WHICH CONFIRMED THE SUPERIORITY OF THE EXPERIMENTAL GROUPS TO THE CONTROL GROUP. A CONCLUSION WAS DROWN THAT JIGSAW TASK HASN’T ANY SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON IMPROVING LEARNERS’ ACQUISITION OF INFLECTIONAL MORPEMES, BUT ALSO CREATE A SUPPORTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

Abstract: 

THE AIM OF THIS STUDY WAS TO "ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GROUP PSYCHODRAMA ON QUALITY OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE AND DISTRESS TOLERANCE IN WOMEN WITH CHRONIC PAIN". THE RESEARCH METHOD WAS EXPERIMENTAL AND THE STATISTICAL POPULATION INCLUDED ALL WOMEN WITH CHRONIC PAIN REFERRING TO THE PARS ROYAL CLINIC OF TEHRAN. A SAMPLE OF 30 WOMEN IN TWO GROUPS OF 15 AND RANDOM SAMPLING METHOD WAS USED. THE RESEARCH TOOL WAS A QUESTIONNAIRE OF QUALITY OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE, TOLERANCE OF DISTRESS, AND GROUP PSYCHODRAMA PACKAGE OF GROUP DISPLAY; STATISTICAL METHOD: DESCRIPTIVE AND INFERENTIAL STATISTICS INCLUDING COVARIANCE ANALYSIS, INDEPENDENT T-TEST AND YUMANN WHITNEY WERE USED. FINDINGS: THE POSITIVE EFFECT OF GROUP PSYCHOSOCIAL PRESENTATION ON THE EFFECTS OF PRE AND POST TEST ON THREE VARIABLES OF QUALITY OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE AND DISTRESS TOLERANCE WAS REPORTED P<0.01. RESEARCH RESULTS: GROUP PSYCHOSOCIAL EFFECT HAS A POSITIVE EFFECT ON QUALITY OF LIFE, SPIRITUAL ATTITUDE AND DISTRESS TOLERANCE IN WOMEN WITH CHRONIC PAIN.
