NOWADAYS DATABASES ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF EACH ORGANIZATION, THE HEART OF EACH ORGANIZATION IS ITS DATA, PRESERVING THE SECURITY OF THESE BANKS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TASKS OF ANY ORGANIZATION. BACKING UP AND RESTORING IT IS ONE OF THE BEST AND MOST SECURE WAYS OF MAINTAINING THE SECURITY OF THE DATABASE, BUT THERE ARE TWO MAIN ISSUES AT THE TIME OF BACKUP AND RECOVERY: FIRST, AMONG ALL THE AVAILABLE BACKUP METHODS WHICH TYPE IS APPROPRIATE FOR ORGANIZATION AND, SECONDLY, WHAT KIND OF STORAGE EQUIPMENT WILL BE USED FOR THIS OPERATION TO PROVIDE OPTIMIZED BACKUP AND RECOVERY TIME AS WELL AS THE SECURITY. IN THIS PAPER, WE TRIED TO INVESTIGATE THE MOST IMPORTANT METHODS OF BACKUP STRUCTURES AND THE EFFECT OF STORAGE TYPE ON EACH METHOD.

Abstract: 

COLORS ARE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS WITH A COMPLEX, TOXIC, CARCINOGENIC, MUTAGENIC AND NON-DEGRADABLE BIOLOGICAL STRUCTURE AND ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT WASTEWATER POLLUTANTS IN TEXTILE INDUSTRIES. THIS STUDY WAS CARRIED OUT WITH THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF EVALUATING THE USE OF CHITOSAN /MONTMORILLONITE NANOCOMPOSITE ADSORBENT IN REMOVING ORANGE II FROM INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER. CHITOSAN/MONTMORILLONITE IS A MODIFIED MONTMORILLONITE TO OBTAIN CHITOSAN/MONTMORILLONITE NANOCOMPOSITE (CTS/MMT) WHICH THE SODIUM IONS IN MONTMORILLONITE LAYERS ARE REPLACED BY CHITOSAN. NANOCOMPOSITE WAS CHARACTERIZED BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY (SEM) TO EVALUATE THE MORPHOLOGY. ADSORPTION EXPERIMENTS WERE PERFORMED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE IN BATCH SYSTEM. THE EFFECTS OF PH, INITIAL CONCENTRATION OF DYE, CONTACT TIME AND ADSORBENT DOSE WERE CONDUCTED. OPTIMIZATION OF ADSORPTION WAS CARRIED OUT BY THE SOLUTION PH RANGED FROM 3-11, THE INITIAL DYE CONCENTRATION RANGED FROM 20-60 MG/L, ADSORBENT DOSE RANGED FROM 0. 1-0. 9 G/L AND CONTACT TIME RANGED FROM 1-3. 5 HOURS. UNDER THESE CONDITIONS, OPTIMAL VALUES OF PH SOLUTION, INITIAL CONCENTRATION OF DYE, ADSORBENT DOSE AND CONTACT TIME FOUND AT 5, 50 MG/L, 0. 7G/L AND 3 HOURS, RESPECTIVELY. THE RESULTS OF THE FITTING OF CONSTANT EQUILIBRIUM DATA ON LANGMUIR AND FREUNDLICH ISOTHERM MODELS SHOWED THAT THE ADSORPTION OF ORANGE II ON THE CTS-MMT WAS CONSISTENT WITH THE TWO ABOVE-MENTIONED ISOTHERMS. THE CORRELATION COEFFICIENT IN BOTH FREUNDLICH AND LANGMUIR MODELS WAS THE HIGHEST (99%), WHICH INDICATES THE BETTER FIT OF BOTH MODELS TO DESCRIBE THE ORANGE II COLOR ABSORPTION ON THE CTS-MMT. ALSO, PSEUDO SECOND-ORDER MODEL WAS FOUND TO AGREE WELL WITH EXPERIMENTAL DATA (R2>0. 99).

DEFINITIVE TREATMENT OF CANCER IS ONE OF THE GREATEST HUMAN CHALLENGES IN CONFRONTING WITH DISEASES. THE FIELD OF ANTICANCER DRUG DISCOVERY BASED ON NATURAL PRODUCTS IS VAST AND COVERS MANY AREAS, INCLUDING ISOLATION, CHEMICAL IDENTIFICATION AND SYNTHESIS, PRECLINICAL EVALUATION BOTH IN VITRO AND IN VIVO, AND CLINICAL TRIALS. VARIOUS MICROORGANISMS, SUCH AS BACTERIA AND FUNGI, HAVE BEEN STUDIED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ANTICANCER SECONDARY METABOLITES SUCH AS TAXOL, AMPHIPHILIS, PRODIGISINS AND HYALURONIC ACID. THIS ARTICLE BRIEFLY DESCRIBES THE ANTICANCER DRUGS, THEIR CHARACTERISTICS, THE TYPE OF MICROORGANISMS INVOLVED IN THEIR PRODUCTION, AND HOW THEY WORK IN CANCER TREATMENT.

IN THIS PAPER, WE REVIEW SOME OF THE CHALLENGES AND ISSUES OF LARGE DATA, AS WELL AS THE RESEARCH DONE BY OTHER RESEARCHERS. NOWADAYS, THE INTERNET OF THINGS TECHNOLOGY (IOT) HAS BECOME ONE OF THE BIGGEST ASPECTS OF AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT. APART FROM THIS FACT THAT IOT IS A NEW CONCEPT IN THE AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY, THE BENEFITS OF THIS TECHNOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF SMART FARMING HAVE BEEN GREATLY TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. IOT TECHNOLOGIES GIVES THE FARMER A RELIABLE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SEEDS TO PLANT, THE AMOUNT OF SEED, THE BEST PLANTING AND HARVESTING TIME, AND THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT EXPECTED TO BE HARVESTED. WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF IOT, THE FARMER CAN USE THE SENSORS TO DETERMINE SOIL MOISTURE, PREDICT WEATHER CONDITIONS, PLANT GROWTH, SOIL CONDITION, PESTS OR DISEASE IN PLANTS, REMOTELY AND USING SMART PHONES. ALSO, USING THE MOISTURE SENSOR AND THE INFORMATION THAT THE SENSOR SENDS ABOUT THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF THE SOIL AND, GIVEN THE AMOUNT OF WATER REQUIRED BY THE PLANT, IT REDUCES THE WASTE HEDGE AND THEREFORE OPTIMIZES THE WATER. IT ALSO INCREASES THE YIELD OF THE PRODUCT BY ONLINE MONITORING THE PLANT'S GROWTH AND THE IDENTIFICATION OF PESTS AND DISEASES. APPROPRIATE INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE IN GRAPHICAL FORM OR VIDEO FORMAT, AND THE NECESSARY ACTIONS AND DECISIONS ARE MADE. UTILIZING SERVICES THAT PROVIDE IOT TECHNOLOGY TO FARMERS, PRODUCT PERFORMANCE INCREASES AND COSTS ARE DRAMATICALLY REDUCED, WHILE HUMAN INTERVENTIONS ARE ALSO REDUCED USING THIS TECHNOLOGY.

Abstract: 

ARTEMIA IS A SMALL CREATURE THAT ADAPTS TO LIFE IN SALINE WATERS AND GROWS AND MULTIPLIES IN SUCH ENVIRONMENTS BECAUSE OF THE ABSENCE OF PREDATORS AND RIVALS. THE MOST IMPORTANT HABITAT OF ARTEMIA IN IRAN IS LAKE URMIA, AND ARTEMIA IN THIS LAKE IS NAMED ACCORDING TO ITS SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS AS ARTEMIA URMIANA. FOR STRUCTURAL STUDIES, FIXATION WAS PERFORMED WITH GLUTARALDEHYDE AND TETRAOXIDE. THE SAMPLES WERE DEWATERED WITH DIFFERENT PERCENTAGES OF ETHANOL AND PUT INTO THE RESIN. THE SPECIMENS WERE CUT TO 70-80 NM AFTER POLYMERIZATION. THE CUTS WERE MADE ON 200 MESH COPPER GRADES AND WERE STAINED IN TWO STEPS USING URANYLACETATE SATURATED SOLUTION IN ALCOHOL AND A LEADCITRATE SOLUTION THEN WERE OBSERVED AND PHOTOGRAPHED WITH ELECTRON MICROSCOPE. FOR GENETIC STUDIES, EXTRACTION OF NUCLEIC ACIDS FROM THE SAMPLES WAS PERFORMED USING PHENOL-CHLOROFORM METHOD, AND THE AMPLIFICATION OF THE REGION OF THE RIBOSOMAL GENE OF ARTEMIA MITOCHONDRIAL GENOME WAS DONE USING PRIMER AND PCR TECHNIQUE. TO FIND THE GENETIC POLYMORPHISM IN THE SAMPLES, THE PCR PRODUCT WAS DIGESTED WITH 10 ENZYMES. THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY INDICATE STRUCTURAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARTEMIA CYSTS OF LAKE URMIA IN TERMS OF THE THICKNESS OF THE ALVEOLAR LAYER AND THE FIBER LAYER, WHICH CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE DEPTH OF THE CYSTS AND INDICATES THE PRESENCE OF DIFFERENT MORPHOLOGICAL POPULATIONS OF ARTEMIA URIMIANA IN THE LAKE. ALSO, IN THIS STUDY, THE ELECTROPHORETIC PATTERN OF ENZYMATIC DIGESTION OF ARTEMIA URMIANA SAMPLES WERE DIFFERENT AND GENETIC POLYMORPHISM AND POPULATION DIVERSITY ARE OBSERVED AMONG THE STUDIED SAMPLES.

THE EFFECTS OF THE SURFACE ENERGY AND LENGTH OF NANOSHELL AND PIEZOELECTRIC LAYER, BOUNDARY CONDITION AND VAN DER WAALS (VDW) FORCE ON THE NATURAL FREQUENCIES OF DWPECNS IS STUDIED. ALSO, THE RESULTS ARE SHOWN THAT IN THE NANOSCALE SYSTEM IS CONSIDERED SURFACE EFFECTS (SE) WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE SURFACE DENSITY (SD), WE WILL HAVE THE MAXIMUM FREQUENCY. AS A RESULT, CONTROLLING THE FREQUENCY OF THE SYSTEM IN THIS CASE IS ESSENTIAL AND IT IS QUITE CLEAR THAT CONSIDERING THE EFFECTS OF THE SURFACE ENERGY (SE) WILL HAVE A REMARKABLY EFFECT IN THE NATURAL FREQUENCY OF THE PIEZO-VISCOELASTIC NANOSHELL.

Abstract: 

IN THIS PRESENT INVESTIGATION TWO SAMPLES WITH 6 AND 7 DEPOSITION TIMES WERE PRODUCED BY SPIN COATING METHOD ON GLASS SUBSTRATE. THE SPECIMENS WARE FIRST CALCINED IN OXYGEN AMBIENT AT 500º C, AND THEN STUDIED BY X-RAY DIFFRACTION (XRD), FIELD EMISSION SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY (FESEM), ENERGY DISPERSIVE ANALYSIS SPECTROSCOPY (EDAX) AND UV-VIS SPECTROSCOPY TECHNIQUES. THE RESULT OF XRD STUDY REVEALED THAT BOTH THE SAMPLES CRYSTALLIZED IN CUBIC STRUCTURE. IN ADDITION CONSIDERING FESEM IMAGES, IT WAS OBSERVED THAT THE GRAIN SIZE BECAME LARGER AND SURFACE BECAME SMOTHER UPON INCREASING THE DEPOSITION TIME. THE EDAX EXPERIMENT SHOWED THAT THE PREPARED SAMPLE WERE WITHOUT IMPURITY. THE OPTICAL PROPERTIES WERE CARRIED OUT WITH UV-VIS SPECTROPHOTOMETER OF THE LAYERS AND THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT BY INCREASING COATING TIMES, TRANSMITTANCE AND OPTICAL BAND GAP OF THE SAMPLES DECREASED.

RECENTLY, GREEN SYNTHESIS OF NANOPARTICLES AS A SIMPLE, LOW-COST, AND ECO-FRIENDLY METHOD HAS BEEN WIDELY USED COMPARED TO THE PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL METHODS. HOWEVER, THE PRODUCTION OF NANOPARTICLES BY MICROORGANISMS HASE BEEN CONSIDERED DUE TO HIGH COMPATIBILITY WITH THE ENVIRONMENT, REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND LOW COST. MICROORGANISMS FEED FROM ORGANIC AND MINERAL RESOURCES AROUND THEM, IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT THEIR VITAL PROCESSES. THESE ORGANISMS ARE RESISTANT TO METALS. WHEN THEY ARE EXPOSED TO METAL IONS, THE NANOPARTICLES ARE PRODUCED WITH DIFFERENT MECHANISMS. METALLIC NANOPARTICLES HAVE UNIQUE PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES, WHICH PROVIDE THEIR POTENTIAL IN VARIOUS FIELDS SUCH AS OPTICS, CATALYST, ANTIMICROBIAL, MEDICINE AND FOOD PACKAGING. THE PRESENT PAPER DEALS WITH THE SYNTHESIS OF METALLIC NANOPARTICLES BY MICROORGANISMS AND THEIR IMPORTANCE IN BIOMEDICAL APPLICATIONS.

TODAYS, THE USE OF MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES HAVE MADE REMARKABLE PROGRESS DUE TO ITS UNIQUE PROPERTIES, SUCH AS THE LARGE SURFACE AND THE SURFACE TO HIGH VOLUME RATIO. MAGNETIC MATERIALS BASED ON METALS LIKE IRON, COBALT AND NICKEL OR IRON OXIDES, HAVE BEEN USED IN VARIOUS WAYS TO DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES. DURING SYNTHESIZING SUCH AS INHERENT MAGNETIC PROPERTIES, SIZE AND SHAPE, SURFACE COATINGS SOME IMPORTANT FEATURES THESE NANOPARTICLES, XPENSIVEENZYMES ARE E. TOXICITY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED-, STABILITY IN THE AQUEOUS MEDIUM AND NONSURFACE LOADING ANDBIOCATALYST. IN FACT, THE USE OF MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES IN ENZYME STABILIZATION IS ONE OF THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE WAYS IN THE INDUSTRY. FREE ENZYMES ARE USUALLY POORLY STABLE TO PH, HEAT AND OTHER FACTORS AND DIFFICULT TO RECOVERY AND REUSE. STABILIZED ENZYMES ARE MORE EFFECTIVE AND RESISTANT THAN ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGES TO FREE ENZYMES. MORE OVER INCREASING STABILITY, STABILIZED ENZYMES CAN BE SEPARATED FROM THE MIXED REACTION AND USED FOR SEPARATE PERIODS. IN THIS PAPER, WE STUDY THE SYNTHESIS OF MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES AND ENZYME STABILIZATION METHODS ON THE SURFACE OF THESE NANOPARTICLES.

Abstract: 

CYSTIC FIBROSIS (CF) IS A CHRONIC AND RESPIRATORY DISEASE THAT AFFECTS MULTIPLE SYSTEMS OF THE BODY AND IS CONSIDERED TO BE THE MOST COMMON AUTOSOMAL RECESSIVE DISORDER AMONG WHITE PEOPLE. THE ONSET OF A MUTATION IN A PROTEIN GENE CALLED CFTR (CYSTIC FIBROSIS TRANSMEMBRANE CONDUCTIVE REGULATOR) IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THIS DISEASE. THE TYPE AND DISTRIBUTION OF MUTATIONS AMONG DIFFERENT TRIBES AND ETHNIC GROUPS IS VERY VARIABLE. BASED ON RESEARCH, PHENYLALANINE REMOVAL AT POSITION NUMBER 508 OF THE CFTR PROTEIN (Δ F508) IS THE MOST COMMON MUTATION IN THE DISEASE. AS A RESULT, RECENT ADVANCES IN CF TREATMENT HAVE FOCUSED ON CORRECTING DEFECTIVE CFTR PROTEIN FUNCTION. LIFE EXPECTANCY IN CF PATIENTS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS HAS INCREASED DUE TO BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE DISEASE AND TREATMENTS AIMED AT COMPLETELY ERADICATING THE DISEASE, AND SIGNIFICANT EFFORTS HAVE BEEN MADE IN GENE THERAPY TO FIND AN INDEPENDENT TREATMENT FOR CF. IN THIS STUDY, EFFORTS TO ADVANCE GENE THERAPY AND REMAINING CHALLENGES WILL BE EVALUATED THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF VIRAL AND NON-VIRAL VECTORS AS WELL AS RECENT ADVANCES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF GENES THROUGH THE USE OF MINICIRCLES DNA AND SPECIFIC MUTATED MOLECULES.

IN TYPICAL SIMULATION WITH ION CHARGE LOAD Z = 13, TEMPERATURE T = 5 KEV, DENSITY, AND LASER WAVELENGTH, AND GROWTH RATES GREATER THAN WAS FOUND IN THE BOUNDARY OF THE QUASITE NONLINEAR WAVE NUMBER FOR. IN THE SAME PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND IN THE MEDIUM COLLISION RANGE, THE GROWTH RATE WAS OBTAINED AT ABOUT. THE MAGNITUDE OF THE WAVE NUMBER GROWTH RATE INCREASES SIGNIFICANTLY WITH INCREASING α .
