Jurisprudential issues are important and discussed concepts and topics in all religions, including Zoroastrianism which are mostly complied in the works of Pahlavi in the first centuries of the islamic period. All these works are based on religious, literary, written and oral Zoroastrians traditions in the sasanid era. Zoroastrians jurisprudence texts describe the shariah and permissible rulings as well as the non-shariah and impermissible rulings.
