Abstract

Jurisprudential issues are important and discussed concepts and topics in all religions, including Zoroastrianism which are mostly complied in the works of Pahlavi in the first centuries of the islamic period. All these works are based on religious, literary, written and oral Zoroastrians traditions in the sasanid era. Zoroastrians jurisprudence texts describe the shariah and permissible rulings as well as the non-shariah and impermissible rulings. Sasanid jurisprudence is a collection of jurisprudential opinions which includes a series of jurisprudential and legal treatises and book such as vandī, dā, d, shā, yest nē,shā, yest, Revā, yat ī,omī, d Ashvahishtā, n, mā, dyā, n hē, zā, r dā, dē, stā, n, Revā, yat Azar Faranbaγ,Faroxzā, dā, n, Revaā, yat Faranbaγ,srosh, pursiš, nī, ha. In this article, the author examines some legal questions and answers from the collection of Fifly-nine religious and jurisprudential questions and answers.
