Abstract: 

In this paper, the characteristics of a qualified and successful Imam Jama’at have been depicted in five sections. In the first section, his individual and moral characteristics have been described, and it has been notified in section two that he should be aware of political and social affairs. The third section is devoted to his awareness of religious affairs, and the next section refers to the Imam Jama’at characteristics based on the holy Quran’s Sourahs and Ma soums’ Revayahs.The last section depicts the necessity of Imam’s awareness of modern knowledge and skills. In each section, the related applied suggestions have been mentioned as well.

Abstract: 

This research was an attempt to investigate the possible relationship between the philosophical mentality and creativity of the staff working in Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch. The study aimed at identifying creativity and philosophical mentality of the staff of this university Branch. The study was descriptive in nature and made use of correlation studies for the purpose of data analysis. Using Kergsey and Morgan sampling techni0que, the sample consisted of 242 subjects randomly selected from a total number of 650 staff working in the university. Two standardized questionnaires were utilized to obtain the required data on creativity and philosophical mentality (r=0.88 and 0.74 respectively).The results obtained through statistical procedures (descriptive statistics: frequency tabulations, mean, percentage, variance, standard deviation and inferential statistics: correlation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression) revealed that there is a positive correlation between philosophical mentality of the staff and their creativity.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between self impression management of managers and organizational Justice. The statistical population of the research consists of all high schools’ principals and teachers of Khorram Abad City in the academic year of 2010-2011 and the research sample includes 49 principals and 245 high school teachers. The method of research has been descriptive. In order to investigate organizational Justice, the researchers used Niehoove and Moorman (1993) questionnaire which has twenty items, and measures three dimensions of organizational Justice (distributive, Procedural and Interactional), and in order to measure theself impression management, Wayne and Ferriss’s (1990) questionnaire which has 24 items and measure three dimensions of the variable (Job-Supervisor-Self Focused) was used. Results of this research showed that the usage of Impression Management, self focused and Job focused, is more than the average, whereas focus on male supervisors is more than females. However, there is a significant difference between impression management, Job focused and self focused, among of male and females supervisors.Distributional Justice is below the average; organizational Justice and interactional Justice greater than the average, and; interactional Justice is equal to the average. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between impression management and organizational justice and its dimensions.

Abstract: 

The aim of the current paper is to investigate the correlation between emotional intelligence and organizational social capital among Shiraz University’s employees and is conducted using descriptive-correlative method. The statistical population consists of 610 individuals of Shiraz University. The research sample includes 140 subjects randomly chosen using Levy and Lamshaw’s formula. The tools used include Shring (1992) ’s emotional intelligence questionnaire as well as a researcher made questionnaire of organizational social capital. The reliability of the tools was 0.86 and 0.97 respectively. Pearson’s coefficient correlation, variance analysis, stepwise regression, and t test were used for data analysis. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and its aspects and organizational social capital. The results of regression also show that only self-consciousness can predict organizational social capital among the employees. The t test results, finally, reveal that there is no significant disparity between men and women in terms of emotional intelligence.

Abstract: 

Human being has three kinds of identity: Personal identity, corporate identity, and internal identity. Corporate identity is occupational and social identity which reveals thought, personality and human`s status in various social dimensions.This identity is used in two concepts: potential and social identity (what person needs to be) and potential social identity (what person really is). There are two attitudes in student’s identity which form his determenistic & actionalist identity.Although the student is affected by external and internal factors of university structure, he/ she is able to perform his/her role with interest and enthusiasm or hate and disgustion; he accepts his/her role completely or continues playing his role while keeping distance, or abandons the scene suddenly. For student’s potential corporate identity, there are three major dimensions propounding that each one has special indicators: science and knowledge (religious knowledge, thinking & developing of fact-seeking, studying culture, developing of knowledge and scientific demanding). Morals (self-instruction, pattern choosing, establishing mores), treatment and policy (political perspective, knowing the tasks, knowing enemies, political participation). Learning the roles and norms which state the roles are done by “socialization”. The student`s response to university for performing the anticipated role probably is: dependency, identification and internalization of orientation. Dependency is the weakest and internalization is the most powerful step of socialization. So, the scientific and basic cultural patterns which are presented by university must be in a way that the student could believe and internalize them.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to study the relationship between organizational climate, leadership style, and perceived organizational justice with academic staffs’ organizational success attainment based on moderation of organizational commitment. The study design was correlational descriptive. The statistical population of the study included all of academic staff in Mahallat Branch in academic year 1390-1391. Sampling has been multistage clustering and consisted of 100 subjects. Five questionnaires were used as data collection instruments: 1. The questionnaire of the organizational climate (Jaw & Liu, 2003) (a=0.86); leadership style (Bass, 2001) (a=0.89); organizational justice (Nihoff & Moorman, 2001) (a=0.95); organizational commitment (Allen & Myer, 1990) (a=0.88), and; the researcher-made organizational success attainment questionnaire (a=0.92). The overall results of the study indicated that creative organizational climate, transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style, and interactional justice have had the most influence on academic staffs’ organizational success attainment. Furthermore, organizational commitment moderated the relationship between the mentioned variables. According to the findings, GFI and AGFI indexes have been 0.95 and 0.80 respectively suggesting that the model has a rather desirable fitness.

Abstract: 

Crime prevention is one of the manifestations of internal policy which has a close relationship with the political system governing the country.Crime prevention is an effective component for making a society secure.One of the methods of attaining this goal is to have a security system, which is society-oriented. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the existence of necessary training for Islamic Republic of Iran Police Squad. In order to find a suitable model, applying systematic thought, the training components of the police was considered as system input, and the society-oriented characteristics were taken as system output. The process of changing from the present situation into a society-oriented police has .been also studied.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of self-speech and feedback in increasing the level of learning motor skills by students of Mechanical Engineering in Islamic Azad University, Roudehen Branch. The population included all students of Mechanical Engineering in the course 1390-1391 registered in the first semester of the academic year 36 of the Automatic Transmission. The research sample consisted of groups. The design of study was semi- 4 students who were randomized in experimental, and the statistical method was MANOVA. The reliability of 0.83 0.75 and tests of cognitive knowledge and motor skills appeared to be respectively. The results showed that self-speech and feedback lead to the best learning, and increase motor learning skills of students. But, there is no significant relationship between the two independent variables of self- .speech and feedback.
