With the arrival of the wave of the Arab world's rise to Syria, one of the most complex security challenges in the Middle East has occurred and the attention of many regional and transatlantic countries has attracted to this country. It may be said that the geopolitical importance of Syria and its strategic role in regional and international relations have contributed to the creation and continuation of these unrest. Although developments in Syria have partly been rooted in the dissatisfaction of the various strata and the country's tense situation, there is no doubt that the common, and sometimes contradictory, interests of foreign countries in Syria are effective in deepening the civil war and spreading the crisis. By dealing with the question: What is the position of the Syrian Alevis after the expansion of the crisis in this country? this paper attempts to explain the political situation of the Syrian Alevis government after the start of the civil war in the country using a descriptive-analytical method and with the benefit of library studies. In this regard, the following hypothesis is presented: The political power of the Alawite government in Syria has declined since the expansion of the civil war. The studies conducted to prove the above hypothesis reflect the fact that the Alawite political system in Syria has been severely damaged economically, governmentally, international recognition and demographically, after the start of the protests and the spread of the crisis in this country and does not have the previous legitimacy.

One of the most important and distasteful natural hazards of Iran is floodwater hazards. Meshkinshar Township by having mountain face and climate conditions is sustainable for the production of flood hazard. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the zoning of part of Meshkinshahr Township with an area of 318 square kilometers in terms of potential flood occurrence. In this study, the first, we investigated 10 flood risk factors in the region. These factors are: slope, elevation, rainfall, temperature, CN, runoff height, distance from drainage, soil, lithology and landuse. Then data layers were prepared by GIS. The standard benchmark map was combined with Fuzzy method. Analysis and Modeling was performed by using the Vikor model. According to the results, elevation, lithology, rainfall and slope value allocated to flood in Meshkinshar. According to zoning map, 23. 37 and 52. 50 km2 of area located in categories of very risky and high risk, respectively.

Chosen people, conducive to the promotion of education in society, depends on the establishment of training centers for top talent that can lead to people who are responsible for important tasks in the near future. The city of Karaj in terms of high-density population in recent years and also enjoy variety in different socio-economic levels, more necessary than in other cities in Iran for the construction of training centers is superior talents. The study of network analysis to rank the criteria involved in the selection process model is used. The effective criteria in the selection process and in determining geographic data in ArcGIS software have been prepared. Finally, the proposed locations based on the importance of training centers, were ranked. The results showed that in order of priority population centers Rajaee Shahr, Azimiyeh, Shahin Villa in the first and third top talent to build training centers are located.

The Soil erosion mapping is the priority basement of soil conservation program in the watershed management. This study aimed to apply the FAO model and assessing factors affecting erodibility of soil using GIS and producing soil erosion map in Maroon watershed. For this purpose, the basin maps were digitized in a scale of 1: 50, 000 and they were integrated with each other by using ArcGIS10. 3 software. Homogeneous units map was produced. Then, according to the scoring table used in the model of FAO and surveying using GPS in the field and apply the factor scores for each homogeneous units was estimated the final score for each factor and the severity of erosion in homogenous units by GIS. Finally, the produced weight map was reclassified according to the FAO model and the minimum and maximum score of the erosion for the evaluated factors. It was categorized in four classes by including low, medium, high and very high classes. The results revealed that 95 percent of the study area located in the moderate erosion (49. 06%) to high (45. 98%) and only 5% of the area in the relatively moderate erosion (3. 66%) and very high (1. 30%) were occurred.

Statistical population of this research has considered all guests of the 5 stars Hotels Tabriz City. Given that the population size is unknown from Cochran formula is used in order to determine the sample size. Provided results showing that Variables of service quality and customer satisfaction both have a positively significant impact on customer loyalty and brand image. and also impact of service quality on customer satisfaction is Positive and significant. and customer loyalty on brand image significant positive impact.

Investigation of the urban order series in the most effective method of recognizing the organization of cities system. In this field, trying to find the optimum size of the city and its relationship with the urban system is very important. In Khuzestan Province, urbanity has increased extensively. In addition, the numbers of the cities and its urban population have increased unprecedentedly. This research aims to investigate and identify the order series and the urban spatial distribution in Khuzestan Province. The research methodology is descriptive-analytical method. It must be noted that it has a development-application approach and it has used softwares such as ArcGIS and Grafer to analyze the data. The results of this study show that in 1390, the population of 30 out of 61 cities of the province is less than 10 thousand. This shows a sharp rise in the number of very small cities in the province. Ahwaz has only 33. 8 percent of the total population of the province. This shows that the urban order series in Khuzestan Province is inharmonic and unbalanced. According to the studies and investigations in 1390 in Khuzestan Province, the urban primacy is 3. 29 percent.
